Regarding stopped increment of un-trained teachers as per order no. 118-SE/S/10M-29/16 of the Joint Secretary, School Education Department, West Bengal and Memo No. 326(4)-G dated 16.02.2018 of the District Inspector of Schools (Secondary Education), Murshidabad district.

All Head of the Institutions of School & Madrasahs are requested to submit the properly filled in attached Proforma (Basic Pay change) in connection with the stopped increment to the office of the undersigned within 28.02.2018 in their respecting letter head without fail. It is also informed that arrear bill of the concerned teachers will be submitted within 05.03.2018 positively. GO in this regard is attached for their perusal.

Following documents will be submitted for the arrear bill

1. Forwarding letter
2. Copy of Approval
3. Copy of Resolution
4. Copy of Service Book
5. Copy of Acquaintance Roll for claimed period
6. Annexure-I
7. Statement of Salary requirement
