SMS Alert for GPF monthly Balance and e-GPF service

Accountant General (A&E), West Bengal has recently introduced SMS alert and e-GPF service facility for monthly GPF opening balance, Subscription, advance/withdrawal and closing balance, receipt of Final Payment, Disposal status, year-wise account statement, interest received, missing credits (if any), adjustment of missing credit etc. to the State Government Employees.

SMS Alert for GPF monthly balance to State Govt. Employees

With a view to improve the service to State Government Employees, the Accountant General (A&E), West Bengal has recently introduced SMS alert facility to the State Government Employees regarding their monthly General Provident Fund (GPF) opening balance, Subscription, Withdrawal and Closing balance. We are also introducing SMS alert facility to inform subscribers about receipt of Final Payment cases and their disposal status. Due to non-availability of Mobile number of all the subscribers, it has not been possible for the office to provide the service to all of them. The subscribers, who have not yet received the SMS alerts are requested to submit their (i) Full name (ii) GPF Account Number (iii) Mobile Number (iv) Date of Birth (v) e-mail ID and (vi) Employee ID as early as possible to the Office of the Accountant General (A&E), West Bengal, 2, Government Place (West), Treasury Buildings, Kolkata-700 001 by post/hand or to mail this office to edpfnd-agae-wb@nic.in.

উন্নততর পরিষেবা প্রদান করিবার লক্ষ্যে সম্প্রতি Accountant General (A&E), পশ্চিমবঙ্গ সকল রাজ্য সরকারী  কর্মচারীদের জেনারেল প্রভিডেন্ট ফান্ডের (GPF) ওপেনিং ব্যালেন্স, সাবস্ক্রিপশন, উইথড্রয়াল ও ক্লোসিং ব্যালেন্স বিষয়ে জানানোর জন্য SMS পরিষেবা শুরু করিয়াছে। উপরস্তু ইহা জানানো যাইতেছে যে SMS পরিষেবার মাধ্যমে GPF গ্রাহকদের ফাইনাল পেমেন্ট কেসের প্রাপ্তি ও নিষ্পত্তির ব্যাপারে তথ্য অবগত করানো হইতেছে। সমস্ত কর্মচারীদের Mobile Number উপলব্ধ না হওয়ার জন্য এই পরিষেবা সকল কর্মচারীদের কাছে পৌঁছে দেওয়া সম্ভব হইয়া উঠিতেছে না। যে সকল কর্মচারী এখনও পর্যন্ত এই পরিষেবা হইতে বঞ্চিত আছেন, তাঁহাদিগকে যত শীঘ্ৰ সম্ভব 2, Government Place (West), Treasury Buildings, Kolkata-700 001 ঠিকানায় অবস্থিত Accountant General (A&E), West Bengal অফিসে তাঁহাদের  (i) Full name (ii) GPF Account Number (iii) Mobile Number (iv) Date of Birth (v) e-mail ID and (vi) Employee ID দাখিল বা প্রেরণ অথবা অফিসের e-mail ID: edpfnd-agae-wb@nic.in তে ই -মেল্ করার জন্য অনুরোধ জানানো যাইতেছে।


e-GPF service launched

With a view to improve the service to State Government Employees in addition to the monthly SMS alert facility, the Comptroller & Auditor General of India has recently introduced e-GPF facility in which the employees can see the year-wise account statement, monthly subscriptions, advance/withdrawal (if any), interest received, closing balance, missing credits (if any), adjustment of missing credit etc. of their GPF account. To avail this facility, the subscriber has to login to the official website www.egpf.cag.gov.in. After selecting the name of State / AG office, GPF series, General Provident Fund account No Financial year and feeding Date of Birth, the GPF Account Statement and other information will be displayed by pressing the submit button. For any further query in this regard, the state Government employees may kindly contact the GPF wing of the Office of the Accountant General (A&E), West Bengal (Phone No 033-2213-8189).

রাজ্য সরকারী কর্মচারীদের e-GPF পরিষেবা প্রদান প্রসঙ্গে

সকল রাজ্য সরকারী কর্মচারীদের উন্নততর পরিষেবা প্রদানের লক্ষ্যে মাসিক SMS পরিষেবার পাশাপাশি  Comptroller & Auditor General of India সম্প্রতি e-GPF পরিষেবা শুরু করিয়াছে। যাহা হইতে রাজ্য সরকারী  কর্মচারীরা তাঁহাদের GPF একাউন্টের বার্ষিক স্টেটমেন্ট, মাসিক সাবস্ক্রিপশন, অ্যাডভান্স/ উইথড্রয়াল (যদি হইয়া থাকে ), বার্ষিক প্রাপ্ত সুদ, সামগ্ৰিক জমাকৃত অর্থ, মিসিং ক্রেডিট (যদি হইয়া থাকে ), মিসিং ক্রেডিটের অ্যাডজাস্টমেন্ট প্রভৃতি সম্পর্কে যাবতীয় তথ্য জানিতে পারিবেন। এই e-GPF পরিষেবার সুবিধা গ্রহণ করিতে গ্রাহকদের  egpf.cag.gov.in এই ওয়েবসাইটে লগ ইন করিতে হইবে। তাহার পর রাজ্য /এ জি অফিসের নাম, GPF series, GPF account No, Financial year এবং Date of Birth সিলেক্ট করিয়া সাবমিট করিতে হইবে। এই ব্যাপারে আরও বিশদে জানিতে Accountant General (A&E), West Bengal অফিসের GPF শাখায় (দুরাভাষ : 033-2213-8189) যোগাযোগ করিতে পারেন।

GPF এর মাসিক Balance এর জন্য SMS Alert পরিষেবা
  • রাজ্য সরকারী কর্মচারীদের মাসিক GPF Account এর বিশদ তথ্য জানতে Accountant General (A&E) পশ্চিমবঙ্গ সম্প্রতি SMS পরিষেবা শুরু করেছে।
  • Final Payment এর তথ্য সম্বন্ধিত SMS পরিষেবাও শুরুকরা করেছে।
  • যে সমস্ত গ্রাহক এখনও SMS পরিষেবার কোনো সুযোগ পাচ্ছেন না, তাদের অবিলম্বে নিম্নলিখিত তথ্যগুলি GPF Section এ পাঠাতে অনুরোধ করা হচ্ছে। 
(i) Full Name
(ii) GPF Account No.
(iii) Date of Birth (DOB)
(iv) Employee ID
(v) Mobile No and E-mail ID
উক্ত তথ্যগুলি edpfnd-agae-wb@nic.in এই e-mail ID তেও মেল পাঠাতে পারেন।


GPF পরিষেবা চালু করতে
  • কম্পট্রোলার এন্ড অডিটর জেনারেল অফ ইন্ডিয়া সমস্ত GPF গ্রাহকদের জন্য সম্প্রতি SMS পরিষেবা শুরু করেছে।
  • GPF গ্রাহকরা নিম্নলিখিত তথ্যগুলি জানাতে পারবেন-
(i) Annual Account Statement
(ii) Monthly Subscription
(iii) Advance/Withdrawal (if any)
(iv) Missing Credit Adjustment
  • উক্ত সুবিধা পেতে egpf.cag/gov.in এই Website এ যেতে হবে। 
  • Accountant General Office এর Name, GPF সিরিজ, GPF Number, Financial Year সিলেক্ট করে এবং Date of Birth (DOB) এন্ট্রি করে Submit করতে হবে। 
  • Account Statement এবং অন্যান তথ্যগুলি দেখা যাবে।

Process of implementation of Teachers' Online P.F

With reference to above, the undersigned is directed to request him/ her that the Finance Department is in the process of implementing Teachers' Online PF. For this purpose it is required to map HOO code of DPSC and circle SIS.

But from the system it appears that many circles HOO codes have no active users. It happened due to promotion or transfer of SIS and login remains activated in the name of the previous SIS. So you are requested to update user login of present circle SIS with their respective HOO code within 16.06.2023. 

This is extremely urgent
