ভোটার তালিকায় নতুন নাম তোলা ও সংশোধনের জন্য জরুরী বিজ্ঞপ্তি প্রকাশ করল Election Commission। আগামী 18-ই নভেম্বর থেকে 15-ই ডিসেম্বর, 2020 পর্যন্ত প্রতিদিন শনিবার ও রবিবার সহ, সকাল 10:00 টা থেকে বিকেল 5:00 টা এই ভোটার তালিকা সংশোধনের কাজ চালু থাকবে।

Opening of designated Schools and AWCs for SRER 2021

This is to apprise that Summary Revision of Electoral Rolls, 2021 will take place from 18th November to 15th December, 2020. During this time, Booth Level Officers (BLO) will be meeting electors and disposing forms at all booths in the district daily, including Saturdays and Sundays.

Schools & Anganwadi centers form a large part of booths in this district. Thus, it is directed that:

1. It may be ensured that Schools/AWCs designated as Polling Station remain open from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm daily during SRER. Proper instruction must be given to key holders to keep the booth premises open strictly on time.

2. Adequate seating arrangement including furniture (out of exciting stock) should be provide for BLOs and other officers at booth premises.

3. Since premises have been closed for the past few months; basic cleaning maybe done with help of local staff.

All concerned are requested to extend their co-operation to make this SRER a success.

National Voter's Service Portal for Voter List


Apply online for registration of new voter, make corrections, shifting, deletion and track application status for Voter List through National Voter's Service Portal (NVSP) under Central Election Commission will start from 1st September to 31st October, 2019.

Voter List এ নাম তোলা ও সংশোধন হবে online এ, শুরু 1 সেপ্টেম্বর থেকে চলবে 31 অক্টোবর পর্যন্ত।

Voter List এ নাম তোলা, সংশোধন, বিয়োজনের কাজ পরিপূর্ণভাবে করতে এবার online এর সুযোগকেও কাজে লাগাতে চায় Central Election Commission।

এর জন্য National Voter's Service Portal এর মাধ্যমে online এ আবেদন করা যাবে। আবেদনের সঙ্গে ভোটারদের প্রয়োজনীয় Documents স্ক্যান করে upload করতে হবে।

আবার বুথে গিয়ে 6, 7 ও 8 নম্বর ফর্ম জমা করার পর তা খতিয়ে দেখে ‘ইআরওনেট’ সিস্টেমের মাধ্যমে online এ Download করবেন অফিসাররা।

বুথে গিয়ে ফর্ম জমা দেওয়াকেই অবশ্য অগ্রাধিকার দিচ্ছে Election Commission। সেপ্টেম্বর মাস থেকে Voter List সংশোধনের সময় বুথে বুথে বসবেন Booth Level Officer রা (BLO)। রিটার্নিং অফিসাররা ইআরওনেট সিস্টেমে online এ ভোটারের নাম Download করবেন।

দিল্লি থেকে বসে Central Election Commission এর কর্তারা online-নেই দেখতে পারবেন, কোথায় কত নাম উঠল বা কোথায় কত নাম বাদ গেল। রাজ্যে লোকসভা ভোটের আগে এই সিস্টেমই চালু করতে চলেছে Election Commission।

সে কারণে সেই সিস্টেম সম্পর্কে প্রশিক্ষণ দিতে আজ, সোমবার রাজ্যে আসছেন Deputy Election Commissioner সন্দীপ সাক্সেনার নেতৃত্বে 5-জনের একটি দল। যাঁরা 2-দিন ধরে রাজ্যের নির্বাচনের কাজে যুক্ত BDO, Joint BDO, SDO, ADM এবং District Magistrate (DM)-দের প্রশিক্ষণ দেবেন।

যা এবারই প্রথম বলে Election Commission সূত্রে জানা গিয়েছে। মঙ্গলবার District Magistrate (DM), Additional District Magistrate (ADM) দের এবং বুধবার BDO, SDO -দের প্রশিক্ষণ দেবেন কমিশনের কর্তারা।

সেইসঙ্গে ইআরওনেট সিস্টেম সম্পর্কে ওয়াকিবহালও করবেন তাঁরা। 2019 সালের লোকসভা ভোটকে মাথায় রেখেই শুরু হচ্ছে Voter List সংশোধনের কাজ। এরজন্য 2-মাস সময় নির্ধারিত হয়েছে।

আগামী 1 সেপ্টেম্বর থেকে 31 অক্টোবর পর্যন্ত Voter List তে নাম তোলা, সংশোধন বা বাদ দেওয়ার সুবিধা পাবেন ভোটাররা। এর আগে একটানা 2-মাস ধরে Voter List তে নাম তোলার সুযোগ এ রাজ্যে ঘটেনি। 2019 সালের 1 জানুয়ারি যাঁদের বয়স 18 হবে, তাঁরাই নাম তোলার জন্য Application করতে পারবেন।

সেই আবেদন পত্র জমা নেওয়ার পর এক মাস ধরে শুনানি হবে। তারপর 4 জানুয়ারি নতুন Voter List প্রকাশিত হবে। সেই তালিকার উপর ভিত্তি করেই হবে লোকসভা ভোট।
           
ভোটে যাতে কোনও জালিয়াতি না হয়, তার জন্য নানা ধরনের পদক্ষেপ নিয়েছে Central Election Commission। Commission চায়, কোনও বৈধ ভোটারের নাম যেন বাদ না যায়, তার জন্য NVPS পোর্টাল এবং ERO Net System চালু করা হল বলে জানিয়েছেন নির্বাচন কমিশনের এক কর্তা।
