In-service Teachers got fresh Appointment through RLST of West Bengal School Service Commission, Stop salary of the Teacher by DDO.

It is hereby instructed to all the Head of the Institutions under Uttar Dinajpur district that the Teachers who appointed previously and subsequently got fresh appointment in a new school through RLST of West Bengal School Service Commission by order, transfer option at OSMS should not be allowed.

If a teacher appointed previously at School A and got fresh appointment in School B, in that event the DDO of School A to 'Stop Salary' of the teacher (Reason) at OSMS. After that, Head of the Institution of school B to upload the profile (Add Teacher; Master Directory) afresh, the pay of the teacher to be fixed initially.
