Supreme Court ordered regarding PTTI Candidates, the Hon'able Supreme Court Guidelines on Primary Teacher / Teacher Recruitment Examination announced in 2006 on 24th January, 2019.
Supreme Court Guidelines on Primary Teacher recruitment
24th January, 2019- PTTI Candidates have won the Supreme Court in a legal battle for more than a decade.
- Finally, after 13 years, the apex Supreme Court has decided to hand over the appointment letters of Trinank Chakraborty, Amina Khatun and others.
- A 2004-05 PTTI certificate was today validated by a division bench of Justice Deepak Gupta and Justice Sanjay Kal.
- Candidates who have completed training from a State Government Approved Institution and participated in the Primary Teacher / Teacher Recruitment Examination announced in 2006 as per the Primary Teacher Recruitment Policy 2001, but those who did not get a place in the final list published in 2010 and by 31st December 2010 Only those who became the subjects of the High Court will get the benefit of this special appointment.
- Appointed Teachers will have to be re-appointed by allocating additional marks without any loss.
- Those who have been working as Primary Teachers since 2009 will not have any problem with their jobs.
- If necessary, Additional vacancies should be created and the appointment letter should be handed over to the plaintiffs within 12-weeks from the day of Raidan (3-months).
