Bulk uploading of data in connection with Students Profile in the banglar shiksha e-portal, in order to collect data of all students of Upper Primary/ Secondary / Higher Secondary Schools in the portal an excel format along with the guidelines and the time table have been devised which may be upload in bulk in the banglar shiksha e-portal.

Uploading Students Profile in the e-Portal

I am directed to inform you that it has decided by the School Education Department to launch e-portal of School Education Department (Banglar Shiksha) shortly. In order to collect data of all students in the portal an excel format along with the guidelines and the time table have been devised  (attached herewith) which may be upload in bulk in the e-portal. All these formats are to be printed and distributed to all schools in the districts by the DPOs through SI/s within 24.02.2019.

HOIs of Primary Schools will submit the filled in forms within 25.02.2019 at Circle Level. HOIs of Upper Primary / Secondary / Higher Secondary Schools will fill up excel sheet within 25.02.2019.

Data of Primary Schools will be entered at Circle Level and data of Upper Primary / Secondary / Higher Secondary Schools will be entered at School Level itself DEO will start their activity wef 25.02.2019.

All DEOs will be trained on 23rd and 24th February, 2019 by district office and all data work is to be completed within 31.03.2019.

In reference to above and as per guideline of School Education Department, West Bengal on data fill up and uploading in Banglar Shiksha e-portal for year 2017-18, you are requested to take print out and distribute the enclosed Student Data Capture Format (DCF) to all primary schools of your Jurisdiction by 21.02.2019 positively.

You are also requested to follow and perform activities as mentioned in enclosed Annexure-I and guideline accordingly.
