Notification regarding the Vacancy of Jangal Mahal Area- Sarenga, Simlapal, Ranibandh and Raipur Block, the HOI of the HS Schools under Jangal Mahal Area are requested to attend the said meeting.

NOTICE

Memo No. 148/S Date: 10.01.2019

As urgent meeting will be convened by the undersigned on 17.01.2019 at 11:00 am sharp in the meeting hall of the office of the undersigned in order to ascertain existing vacancy position of Higher Secondary Schools under Jangal Mahal Area (Sarenga, Simlapal, Ranibandh and Raipur Block). 

The Head of the Institution of the Higher Secondary Schools under Jangal Mahal Area (Sarenga, Simlapal, Ranibandh and Raipur Block) are requested to attend the said meeting personally without fail.

He/she is further requested to bring with him/her the following documents/registers.

1. Complete Staff Pattern showing vacant post.

2. 100-Point Roster Register.

3. Post sanctioning memo of vacant post (if available)

4. Copy of approval of out going teacher against whom the past has been vacant.

5. Vacancy Statement (Blank Form)

6. School letter head pad (Blank)

7. HS recognition memo

8. HS Subject permission memo

NB: Schools (Higher Secondary) having no teaching vacancy need not to attend the meeting.
