Usages of School Diary 2019 for Class VI, VII and VIII

Madam/Sir,

You are aware that School Diaries have been provided to all Children of Class-VI, VII & VIII of all Govt. and Govt. added schools of the state. The Head Masters/Head Mistress of the school may be oriented on the issues mentioned below on the given Diaries.

• Student information is to be filled up correctly and in proper manner. 
• The guidelines highlighted under 'Responsibility of Students', 'Responsibility of Class Teachers' and 'Responsibility of Parents/Guardians' should be carefully followed and regularly maintained. 
• The signature of Head Master/Head Mistress at the bottom of the guideline page is mandatory. 
• The topics mentioned under 'Learning Expected Learning Outcome' standard wise Subject wise should be followed properly. 
• Details of daily Classwork should be essentially maintained.

If may be mentioned here that during the academic year 2019 'School Diary' is provided to students of Class-VI, VII & VIII only. It is requested that the above noted points may be checked during inspection of Schools by the DEOs & CPCs.
