Allotment of fund for Student Data Capture Format (DCF) ie data capturing, data entry and data validation in respect of the Banglar Shikha portal. Students' data entry works related to Banglar Shikha portal will be done at the circle level for all Schools @ Rs. 8/-(Rupees eight only) per Student Data Capture Format (DCF).

Notice regarding allotment of fund for Student DCF

With reference to the above, this is to inform him/ her that as per approval of the School Education Department (SED), Government of West Bengal, students' data entry works related to "Banglar Shiksha" Portal will be done at the Circle level for both Primary and Secondary Schools @ Rs 8/- (Rupees eight only) per student DCF. Fund in this regard will be allotted by PBSSM to the CPC through DEO, SSM as per students' enrollment in the schools under the School Education Department, Government of West Bengal.

Hence, he/ she is requested to inform all Circle level SI/s under his/her jurisdiction accordingly. It is further mentioned that data capturing, data entry and data validation in respect of the Banglar Shiksha Portal is to be completed within 30.04.2019, 15.05.2019 and 31.05.2019 respectively.
