Sending the Report of CCE-Summative Evaluation

Conducting 1st Summative Evaluation of CCE in all schools, sending the report of Summative Evaluation Format-I, II and III within due time, also send Format-IV to State Project Office, PBSSM within stipulated time.

Conducting 1st. Summative Evaluation of CCE in all schools & sending the report within stipulated time i.e. 24.04.2019

Madam/Sir,

With reference to the above, you are well aware that Summative Evaluation of CCE like previous year will have to be done in the same manner.

(i) First Summative Evaluation -To be held within the 1st. to 2nd week of April

(ii) Second  Summative Evaluation -To be held within 4th week of July to 1st week of August 

(iii) Third Summative Evaluation-To be held within 4week of November to 1st week of December 

Regarding the First Summative Evaluation you are requested to inform all schools to ensure whether

(i) Date of class wise 1st  Summative Evaluation has been fixed in each school.

(ii) Time table has been given to all students.

(iii) Special focus is given to irregular students as they may become absentees at the time of evaluation.

(iv) After the completion of 1st Summative Evaluation Format-I, II and III to be filled carefully by respective authorities.

You are further requested to furnish district level report (Format-IV) and send the same to State Project Office, PBSSM within 24th April, without fail.
