Untrained Teachers Lost Increment restoration order

Thousands of Untrained Teachers in the state are going to get Increment in the notification issued by the School Education Department, As a result, these Untrained Teachers can also get Arrear Increment.

Submit all the claims of arrear interest with requisite papers of all the retired / transferred teaching and non-teaching staffs of the Institutions of Government aided i.e. Junior, High, Higher Secondary schools and Madrasahs with up to date interest as per their eligibility as soon as possible.

শিক্ষক/শিক্ষিকাদের খুশি করতে বিশেষ ঘোষণা রাজ্যের৷ পশ্চিমবঙ্গ School Education Department এর জারি করা বিজ্ঞপ্তিতে ভীষণ আনন্দিত বিদ্যালয়ের Untrained Teachers শিক্ষক/শিক্ষিকারা৷ রাজ্য শিক্ষা দপ্তরের নতুন এই বিজ্ঞপ্তিতে Increment পেতে চলেছেন পশ্চিমবঙ্গের কয়েক হাজার শিক্ষক/শিক্ষিকা৷

পশ্চিমবঙ্গ School Education Department মঙ্গলবার বিজ্ঞপ্তি প্রকাশের মাধ্যমে  জানিয়ে দেওয়া হয়েছে যে বর্তমানে রাজ্যের সকল শিক্ষক/শিক্ষিকা Increment এর আওতায় পড়বেন৷ এতদিন পর্যন্ত প্রশিক্ষণপ্রাপ্ত শিক্ষক/শিক্ষিকারা Increment এর আওতায় পড়তেন না৷ কাজেই  আগের নির্দেশটি  প্রত্যাহার করে নতুন বিজ্ঞপ্তিতে 2002 থেকে 2015 সালের মধ্যে B.Ed. না করেও নিয়োগ পাওয়া শিক্ষক/শিক্ষিকারা Increment পাবেন বলে স্পষ্ট  জানানো হয়েছে ৷ এই ঘোষণার জেরে উপকৃত হবেন রাজ্যের বহু শিক্ষক/শিক্ষিকা৷ ফলস্বরূপ , Arrear Increment ও পেতে পারেন ওই  শিক্ষক/শিক্ষিকারা৷ তবে, এই নির্দেশ উচ্চ বিদ্যালয়ের শিক্ষকদের জন্য কার্যকর হবে৷

এই বিষয়ে মাধ্যমিক শিক্ষক ও শিক্ষাকর্মী সমিতির দক্ষিণ 24 পরগনা জেলা সম্পাদক অনিমেষ হালদার বলেন, ‘‘প্রথম থেকেই B.Ed. জনিত কারণে Increment বন্ধ করার তীব্র বিরোধিতায় আন্দোলন করে আসছি আমরা। প্রত্যেক শিক্ষকই B.Ed. করতে চান। কিন্তু যে সরকার সমস্ত শিক্ষকদের B.Ed. করার ব্যবস্থা করতে পারেনি সেই সরকার আবার B.Ed. না করার জন্য Increment Stop করে, এটা দ্বিচারিতার সামিল। তবে অবশেষে এই Increment  দেওয়ার ঘোষণাকে মাধ্যমিক শিক্ষক ও শিক্ষাকর্মী সমিতি পক্ষ থেকে আমরা স্বাগত জানাচ্ছি। সাথে সাথে প্রতিশ্রুতি মত Stop Increment এর সমস্ত Arrear অবিলম্বে মিটিয়ে দেওয়ার দাবি জানাচ্ছি আমরা এই বিষয়টা নিয়ে আমরা বহুদিন ধরে আন্দোলন করে আসছি। আগামীকালের বিক্ষোভ Deputation ও আগে থেকে আমাদের এই দাবিটা আছে৷’’

শিক্ষক শিক্ষা কর্মী শিক্ষানুরাগী ঐক্য মঞ্চের যুগ্ম সম্পাদক কিংকর অধিকারী বলেন, ‘‘বহুদিন থেকে এই দাবি করা হয়েছিল। তা বাস্তবায়িত হওয়ায় যেসব শিক্ষকরা অন্যায় ভাবে আর্থিকভাবে বঞ্চিত হয়ে আসছিলেন তাঁরা উপকৃত হবেন। শিক্ষকদের এই দাবি মেনে নেওয়ার জন্য রাজ্য সরকারকে অভিনন্দন জানাই। শুধু Order নয়, যত তাড়াতাড়ি সম্ভব, আন্দলকারীরা যাতে এই Financial সুবিধা পায় তার জন্য বিশেষ দাবি জানাচ্ছি।’’

All the Head of the Institutions of Government aided schools (Junior High, Higher Secondary, Madrasah) under Alipore and Baruipur Sub-division are hereby informed to submit all the claims of arrear interest with requisite papers of all the retired / transferred teaching and non-teaching staffs with up to date interest as per their eligibility as soon as possible.

This is treated as extremely urgent.
