Upload the 2nd. Summative Evaluation of CCE, all schools to conduct second Summative Evaluation of CCE, and upload the information of Evaluation in e-portal Banglar Shikha in respect of all students

Madam/Sir,

With reference to the above, you are requested to inform all schools to conduct second Summative  Evaluation & from 4th week of July, 2019 to 1st week of August, 2019 and upload the information of Evaluation in e-portal Banglar Shikha in respect of all students within 20th August, 2019. Timetable should be given to the students at least one week before the starting of Evaluation and special focus should  be given to irregular students as they may become absentees at the time of Evaluation. Each and every school must prepare the question papers (প্রশ্নপত্র) of their own and mention the name of the institution (বিদ্যলয়ের নাম) at the top of the question paper. The question papers should be formulated keeping the expected learning outcomes. In mind, the direction of the concerned Board in this regard in the above referred memos may kindly be seen.

Accordingly, you are requested to instruct all the Headmaster/Headmistress/Head Teacher/Teacher in Charge of schools to take necessary steps to conduct second Summative Evaluation (সংক্ষিপ্ত মূল্যায়ন) as a tool to measure to what extent the expected learning outcomes has been achieved by the students.
