Admission Notice for 4-years Integrated Course
1. Admission to 4-years Integrated BA, B.Ed. / BSc, B.Ed. Programme based on CBCS in Self-financed B.Ed. Colleges (কলেজ) under Burdwan University will be done through online (অনলাইন) mode only and under any circumstances, no student will be admitted directly by the Self-financed B.Ed. College Authorities (কর্তৃপক্ষ) without recommendation of the University and the University Authority shall not be responsible for Registration and Enrolment of any student if admitted directly by the College Authority.
2. Online application for admission to 4-years Integrated BA, B.Ed. / BSc, B.Ed. Programme in Self-finance B.Ed. College (কলেজ) under Burdwan University will be available on and from 19.08.2019 to 01.09.2019 (up.to 11:59 pm) on the University website (www.buruniv.ac.in) and the whole process will be done through Allahabad Bank.
3. Mode of payment of application fees (Rs. 300/- + transaction charge) will be through (কার্ড) Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking /Allahabad Bank e-challan, Allahabad Bank e-challan can be generated after submission of on-line form. Candidates are advised to take the print out of the e-challan (ই-চালান) on the basis of which payment can be made at any branch of Allahabad Bank.
4. On the basis of on-line submission of application (আবেদন), the University shall prepare a provisional Rank List without verification (à¦েরিফিকেশন) of the accuracy and authenticity of the data submitted by the applicants. Applicants shall remain responsible for the Inacuracy / Insufficiency and lack of authenticity of the data entered are the candidature may be cancelled at any stage of admission and even during the continuation of the programme. The rank of any Candidate in the provisional rank list may be changed due to Inacuracy / Insufficiency and lack of authenticity of the data entered. Verification of the accuracy / sufficiency and authentic of the data entered be done after admission.
Candidates, engaged in any other Course of Studies / Job (চাকুরী) /Full-time Research Work, shall not be allowed to pursue this programme simultaneously.
Candidates must verify eligibility and availability of core subject before on-line submission (জমা) of the application form.
5. Candidates who have passed the Higher Secondary or +2 Examination in the year 2016-2017. 2018 and 2019 are eligible for application subject to fulfillment of the eligibility stated below-
6. Eligibility, Candidates with 50% marks or equivalent grade in the Higher Secondary or +2 Examination, Science, Arts Streams (EXCEPT VOCATIONAL COURSES) are eligible for application. There shall be relaxation of 5% marks in favour of Scheduled Cast (SC), Schedule Tribes (ST) and Differently Abled (DA) categories.
Note: In the calculation of percentage of marks at (10+2) level, marks of the best five Subjects, available in the marks sheet, will be considered, Marks of Environmental Studies may be considered among the best five Subjects if it is found under Compulsory Elective Optioned Elective in the Mark Sheet.

7. There will be no reservation of seats in Self-finance B.Ed. College following the notification of the Kolkata Gazette (গেজেট), vide Registered no WB/SC-247, No WB(Part-I)/2014/SAR-6 dated- 03.01.2014 (under sl. No. 3)
8. Application should upload scanned photograph and signature files. The files must be type PNG or JPEG and the size of photograph and signature must be within 3 MB.
9. At the time of submission of application form each applicant would choose maximum 6 (six) College an the choice in the application form is order of his/her preference, subject to availability of seat and core subject.
10. Candidates are advised to see the Core Subject (বিষয়) wise Intake, available in the Seat matrix appended below, before going to fill-up online application form.
11. Fees : Fee for pursuing this programme in the Self-financed Colleges is Rs 50, 000/- (Including Umi. Exam Fee Rs. 1000/- for two semesters) per annum (বার্ষিক) of which Rs. 20, 000/- will be paid at the time of admission and the rest (i.e. Rs. 30,000/-) will be paid in six (ছয়) equal monthly installment (EMI) starting from the month of September every year to the College concerned. Note that total course fee (ফিস) for 4-years is Rs. 2, 00, 000/- per student. In addition to the above fees, students will pay only Enrolment fee, Centre fee etc. separately.
12. Rules of The University of Burdwan, The Government of West Bengal & The National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) shall be followed. For more details, candidates (প্রার্থী) are advised to go through the ''Information Sheet'' appended below.
