Untrained Teachers who have completed 2-years Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) Course in Upper Primary Level will eligible for getting annual increment benefit, notice has been issued by School Education Department, West Bengal.

• Pertaining to conduct D.El.Ed Part-I External Evaluation in Pre-Internship process Based Teaching Learning Skill Enhancement Programme (Practicum-1/P-1) of the session 2024-2025

Teachers who have passed D.El.Ed in Upper Primary will get Annual Increment

উচ্চ-প্রাথমিকে পড়াচ্ছেন এমন যে সব শিক্ষক D.El.Ed উত্তীর্ন হয়েছেন, তারা এবার Annual Increment পাবেন। এই মর্মে বুধবার Notice প্রকাশ করল শিক্ষা দপ্তর। তাতে বলা হয়েছে, যে সব শিক্ষক 2 বছরের এই Course করে ফেলেছেন, তারা এবার Annual Increment-এর সুবিধে পাবেন। এই নোটিশের ফলে বহু শিক্ষক-ই উপকৃত হবেন বলে জানা গিয়েছে। এতদিন সেই সুযোগ পাচ্ছিলেন না এই শিক্ষকরা। 2009 সালে একটি নোটিশ জারি করা হয়েছিল যেখানে বলা হয়েছিল, মাধ্যমিক (MP) স্তরে কর্মরত সহকারী শিক্ষক/শিক্ষিকাদের মধ্যে যাদের প্রশিক্ষণ নেই, তারা Increment তখনই পাবেন, যখন এই প্রশিক্ষণপর্ব সম্পন্ন করবেন। তার জন্য অবশ্য 5 বছরের সময় দেওয়া হয়। পরে উচ্চ প্রাথমিকের জন্য NCTE স্পষ্ট করে জানিয়ে দেয়, B.Ed. না থাকলে পড়াতে পারবেনা না। এদিকে, বহু শিক্ষকই B.Ed. করার সুযোগ পাচ্ছিলেন না। শেষমেশ অবশ্য D.El.Ed কোর্সের স্বীকৃতি মেলে।সেই মতো বহু শিক্ষকই কোর্সটি করে ফেলেন।কিন্তু তাতে এই Annual Increment পাচ্ছিলেন না অনেকেই।এবার সেই সুবিধা পেতে চলেছে তারা।এই নোটিসে শিক্ষক/শিক্ষিকারা খুবই খুশি।

Eligibility for getting annual increment benefit after completed D.El.Ed Course

Eligibility for getting annual increment benefit in respect of those untrained teachers who have completed 2 years D.El.Ed Course

With reference to the subject mentioned above, the undersigned has been directed to state as follows

1. That as per the conditions stipulated in G.O. 181-SE(B) dated 08.10.02019 untrained Secondary School Teachers shall be allowed annual increment in revised Pay Structure on condition that such untrained teachers will have to get themselves trained from any institute recognized by the NCTE in regular or open and distant education mode within 5 years from the date of appointment.

2. As per the NCTE notification F. No. 61-03/20/2010/NCTE(N&S) dated 23.08.2020, a pass in two year Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) is the eligible criteria for teaching in Upper Primary Level.

3. In terms of GO No. 196/4-SSE/17 dated 08.09.2017, the School Education Department issued directives for enrolment for online D. Ed Course for untrained Primary and Upper Primary Teachers.

4. Those teachers who have complete two year Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) and imparts teaching in Upper Primary Level may be entitled to get annual increment benefit.

Publication of D.El.Ed (Part-III) Result, Session 2018-2020

In continuation of the Board's earlier Notification No 99/BPE/DELED/2020 dated 01.10.2020 and Notification No 101/BPE/DELED/2020 dated 09.10.2020, it is to notify for all concerned that the result of the D.El.Ed. Part-II Examination, 2018-2020 will be published on 27.11.2020 (Friday) and be available in the following websites of the Board:

In view of the Notification, issued by the Board on 23.11.2020 for verification of the training documents of the TET-2014 qualified trained (as on date) candidates, the mark-sheets of the students who have qualified in TET-2014 and he/she have also passed the D.El.Ed. Examination 2018-2020, will be issued on an urgent basis with three days after the receipt of their applications, duly forwarded by the Heads of the Institutes via E-mail: secretarywbbpe.ptti@gmail.com after publication of the D.El.Ed Part-II result of the session 2018-2020 with the following documents:

1. Photocopy of the online application for recruitment submitted in 2016

2. Photocopy of the Admit Card of D.El.Ed Part-II Examination of 2018-2020

The date of handing over of the mark-sheets (Institute wise) for all will be notified later on.

D.El.Ed Part-II (Regular /face to face mode) ফলাফল প্রকাশের বিজ্ঞপ্তি , পরীক্ষার সেশন 2018-2020

বোর্ডের পূর্বের বিজ্ঞপ্তি নং 119/BPE/D.El.Ed/2020 তারিখ 23.11.2020 এর অনুসারে, D.El.Ed. Part-II Examination, 2018-2020 এর ফলাফলের বিষয়ে সংশ্লিষ্ট সকলকে অবহিত করা হচ্ছে যে আগামী 27.11.2020 (শুক্রবার) D.El.Ed. Part-II পরীক্ষা-2018-2020 এর ফলাফল প্রকাশিত হবে এবং বোর্ডের নিম্নলিখিত ওয়েবসাইটগুলিতে Result উপলভ্য হবে:

বোর্ড কর্তৃক জারি করা Notification এর পরিপ্রেক্ষিতে (Memo No. 1915/BPE/2020, তারিখ 23.11.2020 প্রশংসাপত্রাদি যাচাইয়ের জন্য, TET-2014 যোগ্য এবং প্রশিক্ষিত (তারিখ অনুসারে) Academic and Training Qualification সম্পর্কিত, যে পরীক্ষার্থীরা TET-2014 যোগ্যতা অর্জন করেছে এবং D.El.Ed. Examination 2018-2020 উত্তীর্ণ হয়েছে, তাদের ই-মেইল: secretarywbbpe.ptti@gmail.com এর  মাধ্যমে মার্ক-শীট ফরওয়ার্ড করা হবে তিন দিনের মধ্যে, জরুরী ভিত্তিতে ইনস্টিটিউটে Registered email ID মাধ্যমে তাদের Application এর প্রাপ্তির তারিখ, নিম্নলিখিত Documents সহ প্রতিষ্ঠানের সংশ্লিষ্ট প্রধানগণ যথাযথভাবে প্রেরণ করবেন :

1. 2016 সালে জমা দেওয়া Recruitment এর জন্য Online application এর অনুলিপি

2. 2018-2020 সালের D.El.Ed Part-II Examination এর Admit Card এর অনুলিপি

বাকি শিক্ষার্থীদের উক্ত Mark-sheets ইনস্টিটিউটের হস্তান্তর-সংক্রান্ত তারিখগুলি খুব শীঘ্রই অবহিত করা হবে নোটিফিকেশনের মাধ্যম ।

Registration Certificates of D.El.Ed students of 2019-21

Memo No. 120/BPE/D.El.Ed/2020  Date: 23.11.2020

In continuation of the Board's earlier Notification No 947/BPE/2019 dated 29.05.2019 and No 284/BPE/D.El.Ed/2019 dated 18.09.2019, it is further notified for all concerned that the process of issuing Registration Number/Certificates of the D.El.Ed students of the Session 2019-2021 will be started on and from 26th November, 2020 and continued till 29th November, 2020 for all the DIETs/GOVT/GOVT SPONSORED/GOVT. AIDED PTTIs.

The head of the said Government-run-institutions will be forwarded the list of registered students along with Registration No. on and from 26th November, 2020 to 29th November, 2020.

The registration process for the students of the Self-Financed Non-Government Private  Institutions will be started thereafter.

The heads of the Self-Financed  Non-Government Private  Institutions will be intimated through SMS on their registered Mobile Number or E-mail for the receiving of the list of registered candidates on and from 30th November, 2020.

The Board will allow no representative or authorized person of the concerned Institution, to attend the office of the Board for Registration related matters, unless she/he is called for through SMS or E-mail.
