Ref Letter vide Memo No. 107/Ped/PBSSM/2018 dated 24.08.2018 of Paschim Banga Samagra Shiksha Mission (PBSSM), 123/Ped/PBSSM/2018 dated 17.09.2018 of Paschim Banga Samagra Shiksha Mission (PBSSM), 765/BPE/2019 dated 08.05.2019 of West Bengal Board of Primary Education (WBBPE) and DS(Academic)/68/S/90 dated 18.03.2019 of West Bengal Board of Secondary Education (WBBSE).

Request for conducting 3rd Summative Evaluation of Continuous and Comprehensive Evaluation (CCE) in all schools and uploading it's data in "Banglar Shiksha Protal" and submission of compiled Report in Format-IV of Continuous and Comprehensive Evaluation (CCE) to SPO, Paschim Banga Samagra Shiksha Mission (PBSSM).

With reference to the above, you are requested to inform all schools to conduct 3rd Summative Evaluation on and from 4th week of November, 2019 to 1st week of December 2019 and upload the information of evaluation in e-portal Banglar Shikha in respect of all students within 20th December, 2019 and submit Format-II of Continuous and Comprehensive Evaluation (CCE) (Hard Copy) to the office concerned. You are further requested to send compiled report (in Excel Sheet) in Format IV of Continuous and Comprehensive Evaluation (CCE) as submitted previously, within 10th January, 2020.

It is here mentioned that timetable should be given to the students before starting of evaluation and special focus should be given to irregular students as they may become absentees at the time of evaluation. Each and every school must prepare the question papers of their own and mention the name of the institution at the top of the question paper. The question paper should be formulated keeping the expected learning outcomes in mind. The direction of the concerned Boards (West Bengal Board of Primary Education, West Bengal Board of Secondary Education) in this regard in the above referred memos may kindly be seen.

According, you are requested to instruct all the Headmaster/Headmistress/ Head Teacher/ Teacher in Charge of schools to take necessary steps to conduct 3rd Summative Evaluation as a tool to measure to what extent the expected learning outcomes have been achieved by the students.
