Staff Pattern বাতিলের প্রক্রিয়া আপাতত স্থগিত রাখার নির্দেশ দিলো স্কুল শিক্ষা দফতর। বৃহস্পতিবার স্কুল শিক্ষাকমিশনের দফতরের পক্ষ থেকে বিভিন্ন জেলার ডি আই-দের মেল করে বিষয়টি জানানো হয়। এ নিয়ে নতুন নির্দেশিকা জারি না হওয়া পর্যন্ত  স্থগিত রাখতে বলা হয়। Staff Pattern নিয়ে এর আগে দু দফায় নোটিশ জারি হলেও সমস্যা মেটেনি।তা নিয়ে শিক্ষকদের মধ্যে ক্ষোভ আরাম্ভ হয়েছে। বিভিন্ন শিক্ষক সংগঠনগুলির পক্ষ থেকে শিক্ষামন্ত্রীর কাছে আবেদন জানানো হয়েছিল, যতক্ষণ না বিভ্রান্তি দূর হচ্ছে ততদিন এই প্রক্রিয়া বন্ধ রাখা হোক।

Process of upgrading the Staff Pattern has come to a halt

আপাতত অনলাইনে Staff Pattern আপগ্রেডেশনের প্রক্রিয়া স্থগিত রাখতে বলল স্কুল শিক্ষা দফতর।বৃহস্পতিবার  রাতে স্কুল শিক্ষা অধিকর্তার দফতর থেকে জেলা স্কুল পরিদর্শকদের এই নির্দেশ দেওয়া হয়েছে। Staff Pattern বা শিক্ষক /শিক্ষিকার বন্টন বিন্যাসের পরিস্থিতি নিয়ে শিক্ষা দফতর রিপোর্ট দাখিলের নির্দেশ দিয়েছিল।প্রধান শিক্ষকেরা অনলাইনে Staff Pattern দাখিল করতে গেলে বিপত্তি ঘটছিল বলে অভিযোগ। শিক্ষা দফতর দুটি নোটিশ জারি করলেও এই জটিলতা কাটছিলো না। শেষ পর্যন্ত আপগ্রেডেশন আপাতত স্থগিত  রাখা হলো।
