Authentication of Arrear /Overdrawn salary caused due to Pay Fixation or any other reasons before approval through the competent Authority i.e. verified and signed by the concerned SI/s.

Notification regarding Arrear/Overdrawn salary caused due to Pay Fixation

Ref:  Memo No. 461/5/SE dated 24.10.2020 issued by this DPSC.

In cancellation of this above noted Memo No.461/5/SE dated 24.10.2020 issued by this DPSC, This is to notify all concerns that Arrear/Overdrawn salary caused due to Pay Fixation or any other reasons must be verified and signed by the concerned SI/s by certifying that "The Arrear/Overdrawn salary bill has been checked and verified by me and found correct as per office record" before submission to this office of the undersigned.

Henceforth, the calculation of the said bill shall be cross checked by

(i) The concerned Dealing Assistant
(ii) Section in Charge
(iii) Head Assistant
(iv)Controller of Finance
(v) Accountant respectively 

Finally, after the approval of the Secretary, DPSC, the bill will be released.
