Madhyamik Pariksha 2020

It is known to all that this year Madhyamik Pariksha conducted by West Bengal Board of Secondary Education will commence on and from 18th February, 2020 and will continue up to 27th February, 2020 (Examination hour 11:00 am to 3:00 pm).

In connection with the said Examination he/she is requested to kindly follow the Guidelines as mentioned hereunder

1. Arrangement of adequate nos of invigilators as per rules framed by the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education , to ensure full proof invigilation in all rooms of the venues. In case of any shortfall, invigilators are to be arranged from the neighboring non-participating schools, with a copy to the undersigned. The Head of the Institutions of non-participating schools are requested to depute invigilators as per requirement of the centre, Invigilation and any other duty related to the Madhyamik Pariksha (Secondary Education) is mandatory as per rule.

2. Arrangement of sufficient nos of benches (বেঞ্চ) in the Examination venues. In case of any  shortfall, it is to be arranged from the neighboring schools that have not been selected as venues.

3. Arrangement of sufficient light (আলো) in all rooms of the Examination venues.

5. Arrangement of safe drinking water for the Examinees in all Examination venues.

6. Arrangement of sick room (রোগীর ঘর) in every Examination venues

7. Nobody will be allowed to be use mobile phone (মোবাইল) in the venue. All teaching and non-teaching staff are to be deposit their mobile phones to the Head of the Institution on the examination dates.

8. No leave is to be granted to the teacher and non-teaching staff, during the Madhymik Pariksha, engaged as invigilator or any other capacity with the Examination or not.

9. No Para teacher and contractual teacher (চুক্তিবদ্ধ শিক্ষক) should be engaged to act as invigilator.

10. Guidelines date 26.1.2019 & Special Instructions date 26.11.2019 as framed by the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education for conduct of Madhyamik Pariksha (Secondary Education), 2020 to be followed strictly.

  Madhyamik Pariksha-র 10- দফার নির্দেশিকা

এবার Madhyamik Pariksha-য় প্রশ্ন ফাঁস রুখতে কড়া প্রশাসন । সেই মোতাবিক এক নতুন নির্দেশিকা জারি হল। এবার Madhyamik Pariksha-র কথা মাথায় রেখে বাতিল স্কুল শিক্ষকদের সমস্ত ছুটি ৷ Madhyamik Pariksha সুষ্ঠুভাবে পরিচালনা করতে বিদ্যালয়গুলিকে পরিকাঠামোগত ভাবে তৈরি থাকার Guidelines দেওয়া হয়েছে ঐ নির্দিশিকায়।

আগামী 18 ফেব্রুয়ারি থেকে Madhyamik Pariksha শুরু হতে চলেছে ৷ আগামী 27 ফেব্রুয়ারি পর্যন্ত চলবে ঐ Pariksha৷ সকল পরীক্ষার্থীর যাতে নির্বিঘ্নে Pariksha দিতে পারে, তা নিশ্চিত করতে Pariksha পরিচালনের দায়িত্বপ্রাপ্ত বিদ্যালয়গুলিকে পরিকাঠামো তৈরি রাখার নির্দেশ দিয়েছে দক্ষিণ 24-পরগনা জেলা শিক্ষা আধিকারিক ৷

(1) Pariksha পরিচালনার দায় বিদ্যালয়গুলিকে নিতে হবে ৷
(2) Pariksha-র দায়িত্ব সম্পর্কে ওয়াকিবহাল থাকতে হবে স্কুলকে ৷
(3) প্রত্যকে বিদ্যালয়ে কক্ষগুলিতে Pariksha জন্য পর্যপ্ত আসন করতে হবে ৷
(4) পর্যাপ্ত আলোর বন্দোবস্ত রাখতে হবে ৷
(5) Pariksha চলাকালীন সময়ে প্রয়োজনে পরীক্ষার্থীদের পানীয় জলের ব্যবস্থা করতে হবে ৷
(6) কোনও পরীক্ষার্থী ও শিক্ষক, শিক্ষাকর্মী মোবাইল ফোন নিয়ে Pariksha কেন্দ্রে প্রবেশ করতে পারবেন না ৷
(7)  শিক্ষক ও শিক্ষাকর্মীরা প্রধানশিক্ষকের কাছে তাঁদের ফোন জমা করাবেন ৷
(8) প্রত্যেক পরীক্ষার্থীর অ্যাডমিট কার্ড ও রেজিস্ট্রেশন সার্টিফিকেট যথাযথ ভাবে Pariksha করতে ৷
(9) Pariksha চলাকালীন শিক্ষক-শিক্ষাকর্মীদের কোনও ছুটি মঞ্জুর করা হবে না ৷ পরীক্ষাকেন্দ্রে তাঁদের বাধ্যতামূলক ভাবে হাজিরা দিতে হবে ৷
(10) পার্শ্ব শিক্ষক ও চুক্তিভিত্তিক কোনও শিক্ষককে দিয়ে পরীক্ষাকেন্দ্রের পর্যবেক্ষণের দায়িত্ব দেওয়া যাবে না বলেও সাফ জানিয়ে দেওয়া হয়েছে ৷

গত 7.01.2020 তে এই নির্দিশিকা জারি করেছে দক্ষিণ 24- পরগনা জেলা শিক্ষা আধিকারিক
