Integration of School level RMSA bank account with SSA bank account. It is for all schools under West Bengal.

 In reference to the subject noted above, he/she is requested herewith to make necessary arrangements to close school level RMSA bank accounts by transferring the entire bank balance of school level RMSA accounts to corresponding SSM accounts.

A report regarding completion of assigned works must be submitted to this office within 28th. November, 2019.

This shall be treated as urgent.

In continuation of caption memos under reference and with reference to discussion in review meeting held on 15th November at SPO, this is to state that since the activities of RMSA have already been integrated with Paschim Banmga Samagra Shiksha Mission (PBSSM) with effect from 1st April, 2019, Books of account of RMSA were closed with effect from 31.08.2019 and an instruction has already been issued for the transferring of Bank balance lying RMSA Accounts at District levels to corresponding SSM Bank Account.

In this regard, you are further requested to transfer bank balance of RMSA Accounts lying at School Level to SSM Account maintained at School Level and after transferring the bank balance all bank account of RMSA need to be closed at all levels including School Level, The entire exercise of transfer of Bank Balances of RMSA Accounts at school level to corresponding SSM Account and closure of RMSA bank Accounts at all levels shall mandatorily have to be closed by 28th November, 2019. Any deviation from the guidelines is not permissible. Please send compliance report of transfer of funds along with the details of funds.
