Power given to WBBSE for Mutual Transfer

West Bengal Board of Secondary Education has been given power to give effect of recommendation of Transfer made by the West Bengal Central School Service Commission.

As per existing law, West Bengal Board of Secondary Education has been given power to give effect of recommendation of Transfer made by the West Bengal Central School Service Commission. In the above context, The West Bengal Board of Secondary Education is requested to issue necessary matching orders (s) in terms of recommendation of 

West Bengal Central School Service Commission in order to enable the recommended candidates to join their respective place of posting availed through mutual transfer process.

The West Bengal Board of Secondary Education is also requested to take necessary measure (পরিমাপ) to instruct School Managing Committee (SMC)/ Ad-hoc Committee / Administrator (in case of Headmaster / Headmistress) and Headmaster / Headmistress (প্রধান-শিক্ষক)/Teacher in Charge (in case of Assistant Teacher or Librarian or any other non-teaching post) to allow release / joining respectively in view of amendments of the Rules (নিয়ম) for Management (ব্যবস্থাপনা) of Non-Government Institutions (Aided and Unaided )1969, Rules 28(A)(a) & 28(c)(a) and amendments of the Rules for Management of Sponsored Institutions (Secondary) Rules 1972, Rule 23(a) & 23(A)(a).
