In pursuance with Memo No. 186-SE/S/8B-06/2019 dated 10.02.2020, I being the appointing authority (নিয়োগ কর্তৃপক্ষ), make the following transfers on mutual ground upon the recommendation of the West Bengal Central School Service Commission.

All School Managing Committee (পরিচালন কমিটি ) / Ad-hoc Committee / Administrator (In case of H/M) and all HM/TIC (In case of AT) and non-teaching post) are requested to allow release / joining respectively in view of amendments of the Rules (নিয়ম) for management (ব্যবস্থাপনা) of Non-Government Institutions (Aided and Unaided ) 1969, Rules 28(A)(a) &  28(c)(a) and amendments (সংশোধনী) of the Rules for management (ব্যবস্থাপনা) of Sponsored Institutions (Secondary) Rules 1972, Rules 23(a) &  23A (a).

Concerned DIs / ADIs shall look into the matter and ensure smooth release and joining of teachers as specified in the recommendation, They shall also approve the joining of all who had joined in the meantime.
