The matter of enhancement of monthly honorarium / remuneration of Mukhya Samprasarks / Samprasarikas, Samprasarks / Samprasarikas, Clerk and Group D staff of Madrasah Shiksha Kendras / Madhyamik Shiksha Kendras / Madhyamik Shiksha Kendras (Sr. Madrasah Type)/ Shishu Shiksha Kendras under this Department was under consideration of the Government for some time past.
Now, the undersigned is directed to say that the State Government has decided to enhance the monthly consolidated honorarium/remuneration of such teaching and non-teaching staff with effect from 01.04.2019 in the following manner:

রাজ্যে সরকার পরিচালিত শিশু শিক্ষা কেন্দ্র, মাধ্যমিক শিক্ষা কেন্দ্র এর শিক্ষকদের বেতন বৃদ্ধির ঘোষণা করল নবান্ন ৷ নোটিশ জারি করে এই দিন মাদ্রাসার শিক্ষক/কর্মীদের বেতন বৃদ্ধির ঘোষণা করা হয়েছে৷ মাদ্রাসা স্কুলগুলির মুখ্য সম্প্রসারক/সম্প্রসারিকা, করণিক ও গ্রুপ -ডি স্টাফদের বেতন বৃদ্ধির বিষয়টি বেশ কিছুদিন ধরেই রাজ্য সরকারের মাইনরিটি অ্যাফেসার্স এবং মাদ্রাসা এডুকেশন দফতরের নজরে ছিল৷ শুক্রবার মাদ্রাসা শিক্ষাকেন্দ্র, মাধ্যমিক শিক্ষাকেন্দ্র (সিনিয়র মাদ্রাসা) এবং শিশু শিক্ষাকেন্দ্রের শিক্ষক ও অশিক্ষক পদের কর্মীদের বেতন বৃদ্ধির সিদ্ধান্ত নিল রাজ্য সরকার৷ 01.04.2018 থেকে এই বেতনক্রম কার্যকর হবে বলেও সরকারের পক্ষ থেকে জানানো হয়েছে৷

Awarding One Time Terminal Grant of Rs.3,00,000/- to Anganwadi Workers (AWWs) and Aaganwadi Helpers (AWHs) under ICDS Project
Sir,
I am directed by the order of the Governor to State that the Governor is pleased to award in public interest a One Time Terminal Grant of Rs.3,00,000/- (Rupees three lakhs only) to each and every Anganwadi Worker (AWW) and Aaganwadi Helper (AWH) of both Government run and NGO-run ICDS Projects through the State of West Bengal whose services form honorary works will be terminated on the last date of the month in which she will attain the age of 65 years, from 30.09.2020 and onwards.
The Finance Department, Group-N, Government of West Bengal vide their U.O.No.1868, dated 29.09.2020 gas agreed to open Scheme "009-Payment of Terminal Benefit of Anganwadi Worker & Aaganwadi Helpers" under the H/A "2071-Pensions and Other Retirement Benefits-01-Civil-104-Gratuities-04-Pension/Gratuities" under Demand No. 18 for booking of expenditure for the aforesaid purpose.
This order is issued with the concurrence of the Finance Department, Group-E, Government of West Bengal vide their U.O. No. Group E/2020-21/0013 dated 29.09.2020.

Proposal for enhancement of monthly honorarium by Rs.1,000/- (এক হাজার টাকা) for the Civic Volunteers under West Bengal Police and Kolkata Police.
In continuation to the Department GO No. 2940(2)-PL/PB-3P-31/12 dated 25.09.2018, the undersigned is directed to say that a proposal for increasing the monthly honorarium by Rs.1,000/- (Rupees one thousand) only per month for the Civic Volunteers (নাগরিক স্বেচ্ছাসেবক) working under West Bengal Police (পশ্চিমবঙ্গ-পুলিশ) and Kolkata Police (কলকাতা-পুলিশ) on regular basis with usual breaks, was under active consideration of this Department ডিপার্টমেন্ট) for sometime past.
2. Now, the undersigned is directed to say that the Governor has been pleased to increase the monthly honorarium of Civic Volunteers under both West Bengal Police and Kolkata Police who are deployed (মোতায়েন) on regular basis with usual breaks by Rs.1,000/- (Rupees one thousand) only per head per month wef 01.10.2020 thereby increasing their consolidated honorarium per head per month from Rs.8,000/- (Rupees eight thousand) to Rs.9,000/- (Rupees nine thousand).
3. Other terms and conditions resting with the extant Government orders shall remain unaltered.
4. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance Department (অর্থ দপ্তর) vide their U.O No. Group P2/2020-2021/0454 dated 19.10.2020.
5. The expenditure in this connection will be met from the appropriate head of account.
6. The Pr. AG (A&E), West Bengal is being informed.

The matter of annual enhancement of remuneration was under the active consideration of the Government for the Para-teachers (Primary and Upper Primary), Shikha Bandhu, Special Educators, Management staff of PBSSM and for the Sahayaks/Sahayikas and Samprasaraks/Samprasarikas of SSKs and MSKs.
Now, the Governor has been pleased to accord approval for an yearly enhancement of remuneration @ 3% in respect of Para-teachers and other categories of personnel engaged under Samagra Shiksha Mission, SSK and MSK teachers who have been brought under School Education Department in the recent past.
This order shall be effect from 01.02.2021
This is issued in concurrence to the Finance Department U.O No. Group P2/2020-2021/0788 dated 12.02.2021

With reference to the above, on the basis of School Education Department Memorandum issued vide No.763-ES/EE/10M-13/2021 dated 12.02.2021 regarding the yearly enhancement of remuneration @ 3% to the Sahayikas/Sahayikas and Samprasaraks/Samprasarikas of SSK and MSK under the School Education Department, on the basis of above Memorandum, the honorarium of SSK and MSK Teachers will further enhance @3% from 1st February, 2022.
You are instructed to take appropriate action regarding the payment of enhanced remuneration to the SSK and MSK Teachers with effect from February 2022.

The undersigned is directed to invite a reference to his Memo No.249-GA dated 01.04.2022 on the subject mentioned above and state that the date of effect for granting of the benefit of higher scale of pay i.e Post Graduate scale of pay for Assistant Teachers of Physical Education under ROPA-90 would be with effect from 01.01.1986 or date of improvement of qualification whichever is later in terms of Para 16(3) of G.O No. 33-Edn(B) dated 07.03.1990 as amended by G.O No.401-Edn(B) dated 10.09.1991 and 216-Edn(B) dated 13.05.1992 and not from 22.11.1993 as stated in this Department's Memo No. 795-Edn(S) dated 22.11.1993.
This issues in terms of the decision given by Finance Department in this Department's file bearing No. SE/S/5P-109/16 on 06.09.2018 which was communicated earlier to CSE, WB vide this Department's Memo No.24-SE(S)/5P-109/2016 dated 08.01.2019.
