Suspend of Submission of Marks and Answer scripts

NOTIFICATION

Considering the emergent situation developing due to spread of Noval Coronavirus, all Head Examiners under West Bengal Board of Secondary Education are hereby informed that, Submission of Marks and Answer scripts of Madhyamik Pariksha (S.E), 2020 to Head Examiners and to the Board shall remain suspended until further order.

In may kindly be noted that, all the Answer scripts still lying with examiners may be checked properly (preferable twice) so as to keep them ready for immediate submission as and when asked for by the Board on betterment of situation.

   NOTICE

এতদ্বারা সকল উচ্চ মাধ্যমিক স্কুলের প্রধান শিক্ষক, উচ্চ মাধ্যমিক ও একাদশ শ্রেণীর বার্ষিক পরীক্ষার পরীক্ষার্থী, অভিভাবক ও সংশ্লিষ্ট সকলের অবগতির জন্য জানানো যাচ্ছে যে, রাজ্য সরকারের নির্দেশে আগামী 23, 25, ও 27 মার্চের নির্ধারিত উচ্চ মাধ্যমিক পরীক্ষা ও একাদশ শ্রেণীর বার্ষিক পরীক্ষা 15- এপ্রিল পর্যন্ত স্থগিত করা হচ্ছে। 
                   
 উচ্চ মাধ্যমিক ও একাদশ শ্রেণীর (লিখিত ও ব্যবহারিক) পরীক্ষা সূচি যথাসময়ে সংসদের ওয়েবসাইটে প্রকাশ করা হবে। 

এই প্রসঙ্গে জানানো যাচ্ছে যে, একাদশ শ্রেণীর ব্যবহারিক পরীক্ষার প্রশ্নপত্র বিতরণের তারিখ 1 থেকে 4 এপ্রিল এবং উচ্চ মাধ্যমিকের প্রজেক্ট নোট বুক জমা দেবার  তারিখ 6 ও 7 এপ্রিল 2020 অপরিবর্তিত থাকছে।


Suspend of distribution of Practical Question Paper & Others

NOTIFICATION 

With reference to our earlier memo no DS(Exam)/007/2020 dated 11.03.2020 regarding distribution of Practical Question Paper from 01.04.2020 to 04.04.2020 and previously scheduled dates for submission of Project Notebooks of Non Lab Subjects (06.04.2020 &  07.04.2020) has been suspended until further notification 

It is also further notified to all concerned that our Head Office at Kolkata along with other four Regional Offices will remain closed till 31.03.2020. 

Further instruction in this regards will be notified as required.
