Online Application for verification/Scrutiny of the testimonials for ascertainment of training qualifications of TET-2014 qualification trained candidates
In terms of the order of the Department of School Education, Government of West Bengal vide its memo no 517-SE/EE/P-10M-6/09 (Pt-I), TET dated 23.11.2020, online applications are invited from the TET-2014 qualified (যোগ্য) trained (as on date) candidates for verification/scrutiny of their testimonials for ascertainment of their training qualification in accordance with the notification no F. No. 61-03/20/2010/NCTE/(N&S) dated 23dr August, 2010 as amended vide notification no F. No. 61-1/2011/NCTE/(N&S) dated 29.07.2011 and no F. No. NCTE-RegI 012/16/2018 dated 28th June, 2018 for the purpose of further process of recruitment.
The applicants/candidates those who have appeared at the final examinations as on date of such training courses as notified in the aforementioned notifications of the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) may also apply.
The portal for online application shall open in the website: www.wbbpe.org for submission of the applications on and from 25.11.2020 in strict adherence to the procedures given below:

4. Please follow the instructions laid down therein.

This is to clarify for all concerned that-
A. For Honours Graduate
1. under the ''Details of Graduation'' an Honours Graduate shall post the full marks of the Honors course against the mandatory field, "Graduation course full marks" in the Online Form.
2. Mandatory field in the application form "Graduation course obtained marks'' an Honours Graduate shall post the marks, obtained in Honours course.
3. Mandatory field in the application form "Graduation course marks percentage" an Honours Graduate shall post the percentage of the marks, obtained in Honours course.
B. For Pass Graduate
1. under the ''Details of Graduation'' an Pass Graduate shall post the full marks of the Pass course against the mandatory field, "Graduation course full marks" in the Online Form.
2. Mandatory field in the application form "Graduation course obtained marks'' a Pass Graduate shall post the marks, obtained in Pass course.
3. Mandatory field in the online application form "Graduation course marks percentage" a Pass Graduate shall post the percentage of the marks, obtained in Pass course.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Q-1. After submission of the Application form, I have detected error in the same. How will I rectify the same ?
Ans: The application form once submitted cannot be edited under any circumstances. The same is categorically mentioned in instruction point no 3.
Q-2. My mobile number has changed, can I update the same ?
Ans: Yes you can. After successful validation of your roll number and date of birth you can update the same.
Q-3. I am not getting OTP in my mobile number ?/ I want to submit application form at a later time ?
Ans: In order to change the submitted my mobile number /log-out from the system without submitting your application form click on the "Clear All Data" tab. The operating system will take you to the starting page.
Q-4. In Training Qualification my university name is not appearing in the drop down list ?
Ans: Please select the option "Others" both in Para "State" and "Training University/Board Name". A new window /para will open up below the same where you can enter the name of the University,
Q-5. At the time of submission of my application form, message displaying "Criteria Not Fulfilled." ?
Ans: Please read Memo No. 1915/BPE/2020 dated 23.11.2020 available in notification section.
Q-6. I am unable to login/ there is error in data displayed in non-editable mode ?
Ans: Data is as provided by you at the time of Counselling/Viva held in 2016. You cannot modify the same.
Q-7. Mark column is demanding 4 digit, but my marks arte not in 4 digits. What shall do ?
Ans: If marks you are entering is not in Four (04) digits, please add Zero (0) in the beginning. Example if marks is 888 enter the same as 0888.
Q-8. I want to obtain duplicate copy of my application form ?
Ans: A pdf copy of your application form is sent to the email ID provided by you. Still if you want to obtain a copy of the same enter your roll number and date of birth and click on the validate tab. The page that opens up will contain link to download the page is same.
Q-9. I want to obtain duplicate Admit Card ?
Ans: There is no option of system for issuing of duplicate admit card. Do not send any request for the same.
Note: 1. Do not send any request for any type of modification in your displayed/submitted details. The same will not be entertained.
2. Only TET-2014 qualified candidates who have registered for Counselling/Viva held in 2016 are eligible to apply.

No 61-03/20/2010NCTE/(N&S) - Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act, 2009 (35 of 2009) এর Sub-section (1) of Section 23 দ্বারা প্রদত্ত ক্ষমতার প্রয়োগে এবং বিজ্ঞপ্তি নম্বর S.O. 750(E) তারিখ 31st March, 2010 তারিখের Department of School Education and Literacy, Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India, the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) এর দ্বারা নিম্নরূপে একজন ব্যক্তির Minimum Qualifications প্রদান করেছে এই বিজ্ঞপ্তির তারিখ থেকে কার্যকর হবে Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act, 2009 এর Clause (n) of Section 2-এ উল্লিখিত একটি স্কুলে Class I থেকে Class VIII-তে শিক্ষক নিয়োগের জন্য যোগ্যতা :
1. Minimum Qualifications: Class I-V

2. Diploma /Degree Course in Teacher Education
এই Notification উদ্দেশ্যে, National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) দ্বারা স্বীকৃত শিক্ষক শিক্ষায় একটি Diploma/degree Course কেবল বিবেচিত হবে। তবে Diploma in Education (Special Education) এবং B.Ed.(Special Education) এর ক্ষেত্রে শুধুমাত্র Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI) দ্বারা স্বীকৃত একটি কোর্স বিবেচিত হবে।
3. Training to be undergone.- A person
(a) BA/BSc সহ কমপক্ষে 50% নম্বর এবং B.Ed. এর যোগ্যতাও 1st January, 2021 পর্যন্ত Class-I থেকে Class-V-এর জন্য নিয়োগের যোগ্যতা হতে পারে, তবে নিয়োগের পরে NCTE, Elementary Education এর উপর 6-মাসের বিশেষ প্রোগ্রামকে স্বীকৃতি দেয়।
(b) D.Ed. (Special Education) বা B.Ed. (Special Education) যোগ্যতার সাথে নিয়োগের পরে NCTE Elementary Education এর উপর 6-মাসের বিশেষ প্রোগ্রামকে স্বীকৃতি দেয়।
4. এই Notification-এর তারিখের আগে Teacher নিয়োগ করা হয়েছে
এই বিজ্ঞপ্তির তারিখের আগে Class-I থেকে Class-VIII এর জন্য নিযুক্ত নিম্নলিখিত বিভাগের শিক্ষকদের উপরের Para(1) এ সুনির্দিষ্ট ন্যূনতম যোগ্যতা অর্জন করতে হবে না:
(a) 3rd September, 2001 বা তার পরে নিয়োগ প্রাপ্ত একজন শিক্ষক অর্থাৎ NCTE (Determination of Minimum Qualification for Recruitment of Teacher in Schools) বিধিমালা, 2001 (সেই সময়ে সময়ে সংশোধিত হিসাবে) কার্যকর হয়েছিল, সেই বিধি অনুসারে কার্যকর হয়েছিল ।
তবে শর্ত থাকে যে, Class-I থেকে Class-V এর একজন শিক্ষক, যেখানে B.Ed. যোগ্যতা রয়েছে, বা B.Ed. (Special Education) বা D.Ed. (Special Education) যোগ্যতা সম্পন্ন একজন শিক্ষক Elementary Education বিষয়ে একটি NCTE স্বীকৃত 6-মাসের বিশেষ কর্মসূচী গ্রহণ করবেন।
(b) B.Ed. যোগ্যতার সাথে Class-I থেকে Class-V এর একজন শিক্ষক যিনি NCTE কর্তৃক অনুমোদিত 6-মাসের Special Basic Teacher Course (Special BTC) সম্পন্ন করেছেন;
(c) প্রচলিত Recruitment Rules মোতাবেক 3rd September, 2001 এর আগে নিয়োগ পাওয়া একজন শিক্ষক।
5. নির্দিষ্ট ক্ষেত্রে এই Notification-এর তারিখের পরে Teacher নিয়োগ করা হয়েছে-
এই বিজ্ঞপ্তির তারিখের পূর্বে কোনও উপযুক্ত সরকার বা স্থানীয় কর্তৃপক্ষ বা কোনও স্কুল শিক্ষক নিয়োগের প্রক্রিয়া শুরু করার জন্য একটি বিজ্ঞাপন জারি করেছে, এই জাতীয় নিয়োগগুলি NCTE (Determination of Minimum Qualifications for Recruitment of Teachers in Schools) বিধিমালা, 2001 (সময় সময় সংশোধন করা হয়েছে)।

No 61-1/2011/NCTE/(N&S)- Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act, 2009 (35 of 2009) এর 23 ধারার উপ-ধারা (1) দ্বারা প্রদত্ত ক্ষমতার প্রয়োগে এবং Department of School Education and Literacy, Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India কর্তৃক প্রদত্ত 31শে মার্চ, 2010 তারিখের নোটিফিকেশন নং SO 750(E) এর অনুসরণে, National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) এর মাধ্যমে নিম্নলিখিতটি তৈরি করেছে 23শে আগস্ট, 2010 তারিখের F No. 61-1/2011-NCTE(N&S) এর অধীনে, Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-III, Section-4 এ প্রকাশিত 25শে আগস্ট, 2010 তারিখে প্রজ্ঞাপন নং 215-এর সংশোধনীসমূহ, একজন শিক্ষক হিসাবে নিয়োগের জন্য যোগ্য হওয়ার জন্য কোনও ব্যক্তির Minimum Qualifications এর বিধান রাখা (এখানে Principal Notification হিসাবে পরিচিত), যথা:-
(I) Principal Notification এর Para I এর Sub-para (i) এর জন্য নিম্নলিখিতগুলি প্রতিস্থাপন করা হবে, যথা:-
1. Minimum Qualifications: (i) Class I-V
(a) Senior Secondary (বা এর সমতুল্য) কমপক্ষে 50% নম্বর এবং 2-বছরের Diploma in Elementary Education (যে নামেই পরিচিত হোক )

(a) কমপক্ষে 50% এবং B.Ed. যোগ্যতার সাথে Graduation বা কমপক্ষে 45% নম্বর এবং 1-বছর Bachelor in Education (B.Ed.) সময়ে সময়ে NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure) প্রবিধান অনুসারে এক্ষেত্রে NCTE Elementary Education এ 6-মাসের বিশেষ প্রোগ্রামকে স্বীকৃতি প্রদান করে নিয়োগের পরে, তিনি Class-I থেকে Class-V পর্যন্ত নিয়োগের জন্যও যোগ্য হবেন, 1লা জানুয়ারী, 2012 থেকে।
(b) D.Ed. (Special Education) বা B.Ed. (Special Education) যোগ্যতার সাথে নিয়োগের পরে NCTE Elementary Education এ 6-মাসের বিশেষ প্রোগ্রামকে স্বীকৃতি দেয়।
(ii) Reservation Policy
যোগ্যতার ক্ষেত্রে 5% অবধি Relaxation সংরক্ষিত শ্রেণির অন্তর্ভুক্ত প্রার্থীদের যেমন Schedule Caste/Schedule Tribe/Other Backward Class/Physical Handicapped হিসাবে অনুমোদিত হবে।
(IV) Principal Notification এর Para 5 এর জন্য নিম্নলিখিতগুলি প্রতিস্থাপন করা হবে, যথা:-
5.(a) নির্দিষ্ট ক্ষেত্রে এই Notification-এর তারিখের পরে Teacher নিয়োগ করা হয়েছে-
এই বিজ্ঞপ্তির তারিখের পূর্বে কোনও উপযুক্ত সরকার বা স্থানীয় কর্তৃপক্ষ বা কোনও স্কুল শিক্ষক নিয়োগের প্রক্রিয়া শুরু করার জন্য একটি Notification জারি করেছে, এই জাতীয় নিয়োগগুলি NCTE (Determination of Minimum Qualifications for Recruitment of Teachers in Schools) অনুসারে করা যেতে পারে বিদ্যালয়ে) Regulations, 2001 (সময় সময় সংশোধন করা হয়েছে)।
(b)এই Notification-তে উল্লিখিত ন্যূনতম যোগ্যতার নিয়মাবলী Languages, Social Studies, Mathematics, Science ইত্যাদির শিক্ষকদের ক্ষেত্রে প্রযোজ্য Physical Education শিক্ষকদের ক্ষেত্রে Physical Education এর শিক্ষকদের ন্যূনতম যোগ্যতার নীতিগুলি NCTE রেগুলেশনে 3-রা নভেম্বর, 2001-এ উল্লিখিত (সময়ে সময়ে সংশোধিত হিসাবে) প্রযোজ্য হবে। Art Education, Craft Education, Home Science, Work Education ইত্যাদির শিক্ষকদের জন্য রাজ্য সরকার এবং অন্যান্য স্কুল ব্যবস্থাপনার দ্বারা নির্ধারিত বিদ্যমান যোগ্যতার নীতিগুলি NCTE এই জাতীয় শিক্ষকদের ক্ষেত্রে ন্যূনতম যোগ্যতা না দেওয়ার আগ পর্যন্ত প্রযোজ্য হবে।

No NCTE-RegI 021/16/2018- Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act, 2009 (35 of 2009) এর 23 ধারার (2) এর উপ-ধারা (১) দ্বারা প্রদত্ত ক্ষমতার প্রয়োগে এবং অনুসরণে Department of School Education and Literacy, Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India, National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) দ্বারা জারি হওয়া 31 শে মার্চ, 2010 তারিখে Notification নম্বর SO 750 (E) এর দ্বারা নিম্নলিখিত আরও সংশোধন করা হয়েছে Notification নম্বর F. No. 61-03/20/2010-NCTE(N&S) তারিখ 25 শে আগস্ট, 2010, Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-III, Section 4-এ প্রকাশিত, 25 শে আগস্ট, 2010 তারিখের পরে এই পরে বিজ্ঞপ্তি হিসাবে উল্লেখ করা হয়েছে:-

2. Para 2 এ উল্লিখিত বিজ্ঞপ্তিতে Sub-para(a) এর জন্য নিম্নলিখিত Sub-paraটি প্রতিস্থাপন করা হবে: -
"(a) যে কোনও (Educational Institution) শিক্ষাপ্রতিষ্ঠান থেকে Bachelor of Education যোগ্যতা অর্জন করেছে, যে শিক্ষা-প্রতিষ্ঠানটি National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) দ্বারা স্বীকৃত, তাকে Class-I থেকে Class-V তে শিক্ষক হিসাবে নিয়োগের জন্য বিবেচনা করা হবে তবে শর্ত থাকে যে, শিক্ষক হিসাবে নিয়োগ প্রাপ্ত ব্যক্তিকে National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) স্বীকৃত Elementary Education এ 6-মাসের একটি Bridge Course করতে হবে, প্রাথমিক শিক্ষক হিসাবে নিয়োগের 2-বছরের মধ্যে। "

In continuation of the Board's earlier Notification No 99/BPE/DELED/2020 dated 01.10.2020 and Notification No 101/BPE/DELED/2020 dated 09.10.2020, it is to notify for all concerned that the result of the D.El.Ed. Part-II Examination, 2018-2020 will be published on 27.11.2020 (Friday) and be available in the following websites of the Board:

In view of the Notification, issued by the Board on 23.11.2020 for verification of the training documents of the TET-2014 qualified trained (as on date) candidates, the mark-sheets of the students who have qualified in TET-2014 and he/she have also passed the D.El.Ed. Examination 2018-2020, will be issued on an urgent basis with three days after the receipt of their applications, duly forwarded by the Heads of the Institutes via E-mail: secretarywbbpe.ptti@gmail.com after publication of the D.El.Ed Part-II result of the session 2018-2020 with the following documents:
1. Photocopy of the online application for recruitment submitted in 2016
2. Photocopy of the Admit Card of D.El.Ed Part-II Examination of 2018-2020
The date of handing over of the mark-sheets (Institute wise) for all will be notified later on.

বোর্ডের পূর্বের বিজ্ঞপ্তি নং 119/BPE/D.El.Ed/2020 তারিখ 23.11.2020 এর অনুসারে, D.El.Ed. Part-II Examination, 2018-2020 এর ফলাফলের বিষয়ে সংশ্লিষ্ট সকলকে অবহিত করা হচ্ছে যে আগামী 27.11.2020 (শুক্রবার) D.El.Ed. Part-II পরীক্ষা-2018-2020 এর ফলাফল প্রকাশিত হবে এবং বোর্ডের নিম্নলিখিত ওয়েবসাইটগুলিতে Result উপলভ্য হবে:

2. http://www.wbbpe.org/
সমস্ত প্রার্থীকে উপরোক্ত প্রবর্তিত ওয়েবসাইটে তাদের Result/Status পাওয়ার জন্য তাদের নিজ নিজ Registration No, Roll and No enter করার জন্য অনুরোধ করা হচ্ছে।
বোর্ড কর্তৃক জারি করা Notification এর পরিপ্রেক্ষিতে (Memo No. 1915/BPE/2020, তারিখ 23.11.2020 প্রশংসাপত্রাদি যাচাইয়ের জন্য, TET-2014 যোগ্য এবং প্রশিক্ষিত (তারিখ অনুসারে) Academic and Training Qualification সম্পর্কিত, যে পরীক্ষার্থীরা TET-2014 যোগ্যতা অর্জন করেছে এবং D.El.Ed. Examination 2018-2020 উত্তীর্ণ হয়েছে, তাদের ই-মেইল: secretarywbbpe.ptti@gmail.com এর মাধ্যমে মার্ক-শীট ফরওয়ার্ড করা হবে তিন দিনের মধ্যে, জরুরী ভিত্তিতে ইনস্টিটিউটে Registered email ID মাধ্যমে তাদের Application এর প্রাপ্তির তারিখ, নিম্নলিখিত Documents সহ প্রতিষ্ঠানের সংশ্লিষ্ট প্রধানগণ যথাযথভাবে প্রেরণ করবেন :
1. 2016 সালে জমা দেওয়া Recruitment এর জন্য Online application এর অনুলিপি
2. 2018-2020 সালের D.El.Ed Part-II Examination এর Admit Card এর অনুলিপি
বাকি শিক্ষার্থীদের উক্ত Mark-sheets ইনস্টিটিউটের হস্তান্তর-সংক্রান্ত তারিখগুলি খুব শীঘ্রই অবহিত করা হবে নোটিফিকেশনের মাধ্যম ।

Registration Certificates of D.El.Ed students of 2019-21

Memo No. 120/BPE/D.El.Ed/2020 Date: 23.11.2020
In continuation of the Board's earlier Notification No 947/BPE/2019 dated 29.05.2019 and No 284/BPE/D.El.Ed/2019 dated 18.09.2019, it is further notified for all concerned that the process of issuing Registration Number/Certificates of the D.El.Ed students of the Session 2019-2021 will be started on and from 26th November, 2020 and continued till 29th November, 2020 for all the DIETs/GOVT/GOVT SPONSORED/GOVT. AIDED PTTIs.
The head of the said Government-run-institutions will be forwarded the list of registered students along with Registration No. on and from 26th November, 2020 to 29th November, 2020.
The registration process for the students of the Self-Financed Non-Government Private Institutions will be started thereafter.
The heads of the Self-Financed Non-Government Private Institutions will be intimated through SMS on their registered Mobile Number or E-mail for the receiving of the list of registered candidates on and from 30th November, 2020.
The Board will allow no representative or authorized person of the concerned Institution, to attend the office of the Board for Registration related matters, unless she/he is called for through SMS or E-mail.
