In continuation to the announcement made by the State Government today, the undersigned is directed to notify all the recognised XII-Class Institutions of the state that the Higher Secondary Examination 2021 is postponed and will not be held in June 2021.
Further schedule of Examination (Higher Secondary 2021) will be announced later by giving suitable time to the students.

Cancel Annual Examination (Class: XI) 2021

Attention: All Heads of Institution and All concerned
Because of the current pandemic situation and other reasons, the Council has decided to cancel the Annual Examination of Class XI 2021. Head of the Institution is being requested to promote all candidates of Class XI to Class XII. The topics of the reduced syllabus of Class XI, which are related to the Higher Secondary Examination should be completed within the first quarter of Class XII. However, the Higher Secondary Examination will be conducted as per schedule published earlier. For Higher Secondary Examination 2021 the H.S examinees will appear for the examination at their own Institution (Home Venue) and please note that, the examination timing will be 12:00 noon to 3:15 pm in place of 10:00 am to 1:15 pm. The Covid situation will be closely monitored and any further decision or charge in this regard will be informed beforehand, to all. We solicit the cooperation of all concerned in this regard.

এতদ্বারা সকল বিদ্যায়তনের প্রধানকে জানানো যাচ্ছে যে, এবছর ২০২১ সালের একাদশ শ্রেণীর বার্ষিক পরীক্ষা কোভিড পরিস্থিতি ও অন্যান্য কারণে বাতিল করা হল। একাদশ শ্রেণীর পরীক্ষার্থীদের দ্বাদশ শ্রেণীতে উত্তীর্ণ করার জন্য বিদ্যায়তনের প্রধানদের অনুরোধ করা হচ্ছে। সেই সঙ্গে এই ছাত্র-ছাত্রীদের দ্বাদশ শ্রেণীর প্রথম তিনমাসের মধ্যে শুধুমাত্র উচ্চমাধ্যমিক পরীক্ষা সম্পর্কিত একাদশ শ্রেণীর সংক্ষিপ্ত (Reduced) সিলেবাস সমাপ্ত করার জন্যও অনুরোধ করা হচ্ছে।
এবছর ২০২১ সালের উচ্চমাধ্যমিক পরীক্ষা পরীক্ষার্থীদের নিজ নিজ বিদ্যায়তনে (Home Venue) ইতিমধ্যে ঘোষিত ও নির্ধারিত সূচি ও পরিবর্তিত সময় সারণি (১০:০০ টা থেকে ১:১৫ এর পরিবর্তে দুপুর ১২:০০ টা থেকে ৩:১৫ মিনিট) অনুযায়ী অনুষ্ঠিত হবে।কোভিড-১৯ পরিস্থিতির উপর সংসদ নিয়মিত পর্যবেক্ষণ ও নজর রাখছে। প্রয়োজনে এ বিষয়ে পরিবর্তিত পরিস্থিতি অনুযায়ী সংসদ সিদ্ধান্ত নেবে এবং সংশ্লিষ্ট সকলকে অবহিত করা হবে। সকলের সহযোগিতা প্রার্থনা করি।

এতদ্বারা সকল Higher Secondary (উচ্চমাধ্যমিক) বিদ্যালয়ের প্রধানশিক্ষক/প্রধান শিক্ষিকাদের জানানো যাচ্ছে যে রাজ্য সরকারের নিদের্শে এবং 'হুল' দিবসের পরিপ্রেক্ষিতে 2021 সালের উচ্চমাধ্যমিক পরীক্ষা (Higher Secondary Examination) এবং একাদশ (Class XI) শ্রেণীর বার্ষিক পরীক্ষার (Annual Examination) নির্ধারিত 30.06.2021 তারিখের সূচি (Programme) পরিবর্তিত হয়ে 02.07.2021 তারিখে অনুষ্ঠিত হবে এবং 02.07.2021 তারিখের নির্ধারিত একাদশ শ্রেণীর বার্ষিক পরীক্ষা (Annual Examination) পরিবর্তিত হয়ে আগামী 03.07.2021 তারিখে অনুষ্ঠিত হবে। সময় সূচি উভয় ক্ষেত্রেই অপরিবর্তিত থাকবে।

এতদ্বারা সকল Higher Secondary (উচ্চমাধ্যমিক) বিদ্যালয়ের প্রধানশিক্ষক/প্রধান শিক্ষিকাদের জানানো যাচ্ছে যে 2021 সালের উচ্চমাধ্যমিক পরীক্ষা (Higher Secondary Examination) এবং একাদশ (Class XI) শ্রেণীর পরীক্ষার (Annual Examination) পূর্ণাঙ্গ সূচি (Programme) প্রকাশিত হয়েছে। 15-ই জুন, 2021 থেকে শুরু করে 30-শে জুন 2021 পর্যন্ত লিখিত পরীক্ষা (Written Examination) চলবে। ব্যবহারিক (Practical Examination) পরীক্ষা 10-ই মার্চ 2021 থেকে 31-শে মার্চ 2021 এর মধ্যে বিদ্যায়তনগুলিকে নিতে হবে। প্রাক্টিক্যাল পরীক্ষার (Practical Examination) ক্ষেত্রে করোনার (COVID-19) প্রেক্ষিতে বিদ্যায়তনগুলি (Institutions) নিজ নিজ দায়িত্বে ও ব্যবস্থাপনায় পরীক্ষার বিষয় (Topic) নির্ধারন করে প্রাক্টিক্যাল পরীক্ষা সম্পূর্ণ করবেন এবং পরীক্ষান্তে 20-শে এপ্রিলের মধ্যে Practical-এর নম্বর সংসদে জমা দেবেন।
সংশ্লিষ্ট সকলের সহযোগিতার আবেদন জানাচ্ছি।
