Please find the blank Teachers' Data Sheet being provided (in MS Excel format) with this notification. You are being request to submit the present Teacher details of your Institution in the prescribed format to the Deputy Secretary/Assistant Secretary of your concerned Regional Office through e-mail [appropriate email IDs (address) provided in the table below] and a hard copy to be submitted to the Regional Office. Please note that, the MS Excel file has to be download and filled up. The filled-in MS Excel file is to be sent to the prescribed email ID. No other format or MS Excel file will be accepted.
