A number of teachers who were received transfer Order (intra circle /inter circle) from this end or before 26.02.2021 but failed to join in their new Schools due to effect of Model code of Conduct (MCC) regarding WBLA-2021 and their period for joining in their new schools has already been over.
In this circumstances, their joining period in the new place of posting is hereby extended up to 09.07.2021.

The Teachers should be allowed to release and join within 15 (fifteen) days from date of issuance of this letter vide DPSC, Murshidabad Transfer Order Memo No. which is shown in Column No. 4.
The Monthly Salary of the aforesaid teachers for the month of May, 2021 will be drawn through existing Circle.

Submission of Joining Report of Newly Appointed Teachers

It was requested earlier to all the sub-Inspector of Schools of the District to submit Joining Report of all the Newly Appointed Teachers along with attested copies of Academic and Training Mark sheets, Cast Certificate (for Reserve Category), Certificate of Primary Para-Teacher etc.for verification from the end of the DPSC, Howrah and along with signed hard copies of Format-A and Format-B (related to Joining Report).
But, till date it has not been submitted by the SI/S of 16 Circles.
The Sub-Inspector of Schools those who have not yet submitted are requested to submit the same by tomorrow i.e. within 13th April 2021.
Apart from that, all the Sub-Inspector Schools are also requested to collect DCF of all the Newly Recruited Primary Teachers (TET-2014/2020) immediately.
Matter should be treated as extreme urgent.

এতদ্বারা সংশ্লিষ্ট পদাধিকারীগণকে জানানো যাচ্ছে যে Covid-19 লকডাউনের কারনে পূর্বের সংসদ প্রেরিত আদেশনামা পত্রাংক 1197/I/DPSC/S24PGS/21 দিনাংক 07.05.2021 অনুযায়ী বদলী প্রাপ্ত যে সকল শিক্ষক /শিক্ষিকা 31.05.2021 তারিখের মধ্যে যোগদান করতে পারেন নি। সেই সকল শিক্ষক /শিক্ষিকাগন আগামী 31.07.2021 তারিখের মধ্যে নতুন বিদ্যালয়ে যোগদান করতে পারবেন।
