Persons/Vehicles in
Lockdown during
Covid-19 pandemic situation, applicants will have to submit either Offline or Online application through Whatsapp/SMS/e-mail to the concerned Police Station to get the

How to apply for Special Pass for Movement of Persons/Vehicles
Murshidabad District Police
(Only for essential/Emergency purpose)
1. Applicants will have to submit either
Offline or Online application (through Whatsapp/SMS/e-mail) to the concerned local Police Station with following details:
Name and address of the applicant, journey From and To, date of journey, purpose of journey, Mode of Journey,
Vehicle No, Name, No of heads with Name and Mobile Number.
2. Concerned Police Station will download /receive the applications, enquire into the application and will issue the pass after taking the approval from the concerned Zonal SDPO's/ Dy. SPs.
3. Police Station will issue the
pass in the prescribed format with all details. Date up to which it is valid will be mentioned in the
pass. The
pass in the PDF format will be sent to the applicant either through Whatsapp/
E-mail or by hard copy.

ছাড়পত্রের জন্য কিভাবে আবেদন করবেন
বাঁকুড়া জেলা পুলিশ
(শুধুমাত্র অত্যন্ত প্রয়োজনীয় কাজের জন্য)
লক-ডাউনের সময় অত্যন্ত প্রয়োজনে গাড়ি নিয়ে রাস্তায় বের হবার জন্য বাঁকুড়া পুলিশ বিশেষ ছাড়পত্রের ব্যবস্থা করেছে। স্থানীয় থানাতে নিদির্ষ্ট ফর্ম পূরণকরে ঐ ছাড়পত্র নিতে হবে। অনলাইনে বা অফলাইনে এই আবেদন করা যাবে।
১. আবেদকারী নিন্মলিখিত তথ্য উল্লেখ করে বিশেষ ছাড়পত্রের জন্য স্থানীয় থানাতে আবেদন করবেন। আবেদকারীর নাম, ঠিকানা, কত তারিখে এবং কোথা থেকে কোথায় যাতায়াত (যাত্রাপথের উৎস ও গন্তব্যস্থল), কি উদ্দেশ্য, গাড়ির নম্বর, ড্রাইভারের নাম এবং মোবাইল নম্বর, কতজন যাত্রী এবং তাদের নাম ও মোবাইল নম্বর, আবেদকারীর ই-মেল আই ডি, আবেদনকারীর সই তারিখ সহ।
২. আবেদনপত্র পাওয়ার পর সংশ্লিষ্ঠ থানা ঐ আবেদন উদ্ধর্তন আধিকারিকের সাথে আলোচনা করে তাদের নির্দেশ মতো 'অনুমতি পত্র' দেবে।

1. For the convenience (সুবিধা) of all persons, stranded within and outside the State of West Bengal, an automated e-pass system has been developed and uploaded in the Egiye Bangla portal: www.wb.gov.in for entry to and exit (প্রস্থান) from West Bengal by own arrangements,
2. Intending persons just need to enter the required details at the link provided below and can get the required pass generated:
