Enclosed kindly find herewith the letter under reference, with is self-explanatory. Benefits for students (both School and College) under Aditya Birla Capital Foundation COVID Scholarship Programme are as follows:

1. Class I to VIII: Rs. 24,000/-
2. Class IX to XII: Rs. 30,000/-
3. Professional UG Courses: Rs. 60,000/-
4. General UG Courses: Rs. 36,000/-

The said benefits can be utilised only for academic purpose which includes tuition fees, hostel fees, hostel fees, food, internet, books, stationery, online learning etc.

In this contex, you are requested to arrange for submission of applications in favour of beneficiaries under Aditya Birla Capital Foundation COVID Scholarship Programme as information on identified students (School and College) who have lost their parents due to COVID lying at your end and send a compliance report to the undersigned by 28.01.2022. Deadline for application is 31.01.2022.

Seeking application for scholarship to be provided by Aditya Birla Capital Foundation for students (both School and College) who have lost their parents due to COVID

Sir/Madam,
In reference to the subject, captioned above, I am directed to requested you to gather information and data of students whose parents have died due to COVID-19 and they fall under the ambit of the scheme of the Aditya Birla Capital Foundation.

Please visit the website for further details regarding the eligibility criteria.

The required documents to confirm the eligibility are as follows:
1. Marksheet of the previous class
2. A government-issued identity proof (Aadhaar Card/Voter Identity Card/ Driving License/PAN Card)
3. Admission proof of current year (Admission letter/Institution Identity Card/ Fee receipt/ Bonafide Certificate)
4. Crisis document (Death certificate of parents)
5. Proof of death due to COVID-19 (Hospital receipts, Doctor prescription, Covid test report, Medical Bills for COVID medication, hospital discharge summary, etc.)
6. Details of Bank account of applicant or parent
7. Income proof (Non-mandatory)
8. Photograph

The last date for submission of online application is 31st of January, 2022, thereby, the report from your end must reach us by 29th day of January 2022.

প্রথম শ্রেণী থেকে স্নাতক কোর্সের ছাত্র-ছাত্রী, যারা COVID-19 এর কারণে তাদের পিতা-মাতাকে হারিয়েছে।

স্কুলের ছাত্র-ছাত্রীদের জন্য
প্রথম শ্রেণী থেকে অষ্টম শ্রেণী: Rs. 24,000/-
নবম শ্রেণী থেকে দ্বাদশ শ্রেণী: Rs. 30,000/-

কলেজের ছাত্র-ছাত্রীদের জন্য
সাধারণ কোর্সের জন্য: Rs. 36,000/-
প্রফেশনাল কোর্সের জন্য: Rs. 60,000/-
