The Governor is pleased to accord approval for filling up of 394 nos of posts of Para Teachers and creation and filling up of 390 nos of contractual posts of Non-teaching staff in the name of Assistant for newly recognised 198 (One hundred ninety eight) Primary Schools in Rajbanshi Medium in the District of North Bengal.

The concerned District Education officers, SSM are hereby instructed to complete the process of filling up as per the recommendation of the concerned District Level Committee of 394 nos of posts of Para Teachers with the candidates having requisite qualification as per SSA norms with consolidated monthly remuneration @ Rs.10,000/- and engagement of 390 nos of contractual posts of Non-teaching staff in the name of Assistant with the candidates not having required qualification with consolidated monthly remuneration @ Rs. 8,000/- for newly recognised 198 (One hundred ninety eight) Primary Schools in Rajbanshi Medium in the District of North Bengal within 30 (thirty) days thereafter.

The Notification issues with the concurrence of Finance Department vide their UO No. Group P2/2021-2022/0576 and UO Date: 17.02.2022 and subsequent decision in Cabinet meeting held on 21.02.2022 communicated vide Cabinet Sectt. UO No. CAB(D)-201 dated 23.02.2022.

All concerned are hereby informed accordingly.

After careful consideration of the present status of Voluntary Resource Persons (VRPs) working in Government aided Primary Schools (including recognized Madrasah) under RTE-SSA Programme, West Bengal, it has now been decided that they will be Re-designated as Para Teachers for Primary level of the concerned Government aided Primary Schools (including recognized Madrasahs)


2. Further, the working VRPs redesignated as Para Teachers (Primary level)of the concerned Government aided Primary Schools (including recognized Madrasahs) will be included in the Primary level Para Teachers's strength of the concerned Government aided Primary Schools (including recognized Madrasahs) through DISE data base from the year of 2011-12 and subsequently they will be taken into consideration for calculating Pupil Teacher Ratio (PTR) of the concerned Primary Schools (including recognized Madrasahs).

3. The nature of the service conditions of those presently working as VRPs redesignated as Primary level Para Teachers in Government aided Primary Schools (including recognized Madrasahs) will henceforth be at par with the existing terms and conditions as mentioned for the working Para Teachers engaged Government aided Primary Schools (including recognized Madrasahs) as detailed in the earlier Government Orders issued from time to time.

4. The earlier order pertaining to the VRPs engaged in Government aided Primary Schools (including recognized Madrasahs) hereby stands cancelled.

5. Appointment letters are to be issued as per GO No. 886-SE(Pry)/PBRPSUS/ADMN/9/04-05 (Pt.II) dated 16.11.2010 to the VRPs with designation as Para Teachers (Primary) as in the case of the existing Para Teachers.

This order will take immediate effect.

Eligibility
1. Only those teachers who have retired at the age of 60 years as full time approved graduate Primary and Secondary teachers and are below 64 years of age.

Recruitment of Assistant Teacher and Organizer Teachers

Notification for On going recruitment of 738 vacancies to the post of Assistant Teacher through TET 2014 qualified candidates and Organizer Teachers reported in various districts and Joining-cum-Duty-Letter issued

1. In continuation of our Notification/s under No/s 1693/BPE/2021 dated 31.12.2021 and in terms of order passed by the Hon'ble Justice Amrita Sinha, all concerned are hereby informed that the Board is working accordingly to recruit the eligible 738 candidates and eligible Organizer Teachers with proper guidelines passed by the Hon'ble High Court.

2. As per direction of the School Education Department, Government of West Bengal vide Memo No/s 485/RCT/WBBPE/ORG-TET/2021-2022 dated 11.03.2022 some measures and step should be taken to confirm the final posting of the candidate.

3. All the Chairman /Chairpersons are informed to work accordingly and confirm the Filled-up quota provided by the on or before 31.03.2022 before confirming the final joining.

4. All the Candidates concerned who have received Joining-cum-Duty-Letter having appointment letter collection date from the concerned DPSC between 14.03.2022 to 31.03.2022 are informed to follow the future communication will be made by the Board/DPSC after 31.03.2022 and not to attend on the current date mentioned on the Joining-cum-Duty-Letter to collect their appointment Letter for final joining. All the candidates will be informed for next necessary step in due course of time by proper mode of communication.

Now the filling of rest vacancies will be continued with proper way of reporting and all the DPSCs are requested to take proper action to confirm the final filling of vacancies on or before 31.03.2022.
