Sir,
With reference to above, I am directed to inform you that the competent authority in the School Education Department, Government of West Bengal has decided to distribute of Mid-day-Meal materials among the guardians of Mid-day-Meal beneficiary students during the Summer Vacation 2022 at respective school point.
You are requested kindly arrange availability of following materials per student at respective school point well in advance so that distribution may start in time.
Item wise proposed materials per student is as under

Accordingly, you are requested to chalk out distribution plan starting from 20.06.2022 to 25.06.2022 and share a copy of the plan to the undersigned.
The fund already sub-allotted may be utilized for the purpose.
Financial norms regarding procurement of the above materials are to be followed accordingly.
