The Ad-hoc Committee, WBBSE (West Bengal Board of Secondary Education) in its 21st meeting held on 21.11.2022 has approved the decision taken in the meeting dated 09.11.2023 convened by Deputy Secretary (Examination) for enhancement of rates (last enhanced in 2015) of Remuneration of Head Examiners, Examiners and Scrutineers, Honorarium /T.A (Travel Allowances) and other allowances for marks submission, answer script collection and Loading /Unloading charges for written answer scripts packets. The existing and enhanced rates are given below. The enhanced rates will come into effect from Madhyamik Pariksha (S.E) 2023, and remain in force, until further order.

As directed, I am to inform that the Hon'ble President, Council has been pleased to enhance the Remuneration and T.A (Travelling Allowances) of Head Examiners, Examiners, Scrutineers and Co-ordinators under Council w.e.f the evaluation process of answer scripts of Higher Secondary Examination 2023. The list of enhancement of Remuneration and T.A is being uploaded in the Council website for ready reference.
