ATTENTION TO ALL THE HM/TIC/HOI
বাংলা নববর্ষ উপলক্ষে  PM-POSHAN Special Menu  Purba Medinipur District এর নির্দেশিকা -
  • সমস্ত স্কুলকে জানানো হচ্ছে যে,  বাংলা শুভ নববর্ষ -১৪৩১ ইং (14/04/2024) উপলক্ষে  আগামী সোমবার (15/04/2024) তারিখে সমস্ত বিদ্যালয়ে মিড-ডে-মিলের অতি অবশ্যই একটি বিশেষ পদ "Special Menu"  রান্না করতে হবে। Special Menu (পদটি) বিদ্যালয় স্তরেই নির্বাচন করতে হবে। Special Menu (পদটি) রান্না করা থেকে ছাত্র-ছাত্রীদের পরিবেশন পর্যন্ত সুন্দর সুন্দর ছবি তুলে (Documentary) রাখতে হবে, যা ওই দিন মিড-ডে-মিল দপ্তরে পাঠাতে হবে। ছবি তুলে রাখার সময় অবশ্যই লক্ষ্য রাখতে হবে, রাধুনীরা Apron এবং Cap পরে থাকেন। আগামীকাল শনিবার (13/04/2024) তারিখে সমস্ত ছাত্র-ছাত্রী  উক্ত বিষয় সম্পর্কে আগাম জানিয়ে দিতে হবে।এবং 100% Students অংশগ্রহণ করে এই বিষয়টি আপনাদেরকে দায়িত্ব নিতে হবে। ওই দিন কোনো Not running Report হবে না। 
  • Special Menu জন্য জেলা থেকে যদি কোন Fund আসে, তাহলে পরে সমস্ত স্কুলকে Sub-allotment করে দেওয়া হবে। 
  • আগামী ২রা বৈশাখ ১৪৩১ বাংলা সনে PM POSHAN বিশেষ আয়োজন করার জন্য কর্তৃপক্ষ নির্দেশ দিয়েছেন।সারা জেলাতে এই একটা দিনই এই সেলিব্রেশন বা বর্ষবরণ উৎসব করতে বলা হয়েছে।এর মূল উদ্দেশ্য পি এম পোশন যোজনার মধ্যে থেকেই ছাত্র-ছাত্রীদের কাছে নববর্ষ উপলক্ষে প্রতিদিনের তুলনায় আরো আকর্ষণীয় এবং পুষ্টিকর খাদ্য সামগ্রী বা মেনু পৌঁছে দেওয়া।
বিশেষ করে মনে রাখতে হবে যে এই অনুষ্ঠানটি শুধুমাত্র ছাত্র এবং শিক্ষকদের এবং বিদ্যালয় চত্বরের মধ্যে সীমাবদ্ধ থাকবে।

এই অনুষ্ঠানের মধ্যে কোন রকমের কমিউনিটি পার্টিসিপেশন বা অন্য ব্যক্তির উপস্থিতি অপ্রয়োজনীয়।
এই বিষয়টি নিয়ে কোন ধরনের আগাম বিজ্ঞাপনের প্রয়োজন নেই।

সমস্ত ছাত্র ছাত্রী যাতে এই অনুষ্ঠানটিতে অংশগ্রহণ করে সেই বিষয়ে বিশেষ নজর দিতে বলা হয়েছে।
যারা মিড ডে মিলের কুক কাম হেলপার থাকবেন তারা যেন রান্নার যথাযথ পোশাকে এবং পরিষ্কার-পরিচ্ছন্ন থাকেন সেবিষয়ে আগাম জানিয়ে রাখবেন।

সেই সাথে হাই রেজোলিউশন ভালো কিছু ছবি-যেখানে বাচ্চাদের পাতে কি কি মেনু দেওয়া হচ্ছে এই ধরনের পূর্ণাঙ্গ ছবি এবং ছাত্র-ছাত্রীরা যদি গান,আবৃত্তি,নাচের কোন সাংস্কৃতিক অনুষ্ঠান করে তার ছবি বা ভিডিও পাঠাবেন।

বোর্ডে লিখে দিতে পারেন বা লিখে দেবেন বর্ষবরণ ১৪৩১ 
এই অনুষ্ঠানের জন্য যে মেনু থাকবে সেটা মিড ডে মিলের থিম এর সঙ্গে সামঞ্জস্যপূর্ণ হবে।
 পি এম পোষণের যে ফান্ড স্কুলগুলিতে রয়েছে সেটিকে এখন ব্যবহার করতে বলা হচ্ছে।

Subject: Revision of Material Cost w.e.f.1st December 2024 under PM-POSHAN Scheme - regarding

Respected Sir / Madam,

                  I am directed to inform that it has been decided with the approval of the competent authority to increase the Material Cost to Rs. 6.19 for Bal Vatika and Primary and Rs. 9.29 for Upper primary classes under the PM POSHAN Scheme w.e.f. 01 December, 2024. The Material Cost will be shared between the Centre and the States as per the existing funding pattern of 90:10 for the States of North Eastern Region (NER) and 2 Himalayan States and UT of J&K, 100 % for Union Territories without Legislature and 60:40 for other States as well as 2 Union Territories with Legislature (Delhi and Puducherry). The revised rates of Material Cost admissible w.e.f. 01.12.2024 for Bal Vatika, Primary and Upper Primary classes would be as under:-

2. The above Material Cost rates indicate the minimum mandatory contribution by the State Governments/UT Administrations. However, States / UTs may also contribute more than their prescribed share, as some States/UTs have been contributing more than their minimum mandatory share from their own resources for providing meals with augmented nutrition under the PM POSHAN Scheme. 

3. You are, therefore, requested to disseminate the above increase in the Material Cost to all concerned and the field functionaries up to school/cooking agency level to ensure prompt implementation of the revised Material Cost with effect from 1st December, 2024. 

4. This issues with the approval of Secretary, DoSE&L and concurrence of the Ministry of Finance, Department Of Expenditure vide OM. No 13(02)/PFC-II/2021 dated 25th November 2024.
