Notification of Counselling

Pertaining to counselling of empanelled candidate of State wide Merit Lit (Medium wise and Category wise) who have not been empanelled in the relevant District wise panel
 (Medium wise and Category wise)

Ref: Notification No. 1573/WBBPE/2022 Dated 29.09.2022, 1573(PART-I)/WBBPE/2022 Dated 21.10.2022, 1828/WBBPE/2022 Dated 10.11.2022 and 89/WBPPE/2024 Dated 31.01.2024.

1. This pertains to the 2022 Recruitment process.

2. The West Bengal Board of Primary Education hereby notifies and inform all concerned that the State level counselling of candidates under State wide Merit List published vide Notification No. 89/WBPPE/2024 Dated 31.01.2024, who have not been empanelled in the relevant District wise panel (Medium wise and Category wise) will be held at the office of the West Bengal Board of Primary Education at ''Acharya Prafulla Chandra Bhawan'', DK-7/1, Bidhannagar, Sector-II, Kolkata-700 091.

3. Such Counselling will be held in line with the position of the candidate in the State wide Merit List. Candidates who will not be called for this phase of counselling are requested to wait until further notification by the Board in this regard.

4. Candidates must bring the following documents with them in original with a self attested copy of each, at the counselling venue.

(i) Admit Card of the TET.
(ii) Downloaded Documents of TET Qualification.
(iii) Admit Card of Madhyamik Pariksha/Certificate thereof as proof of age.
(iv) Mark sheet and Certificate of Madhyamik or its equivalent examination issued by the Board /Council/Body.
(v) Mark sheet and Certificate of Higher Secondary or its equivalent examination issued by the Board /Council/Body.
(vi) Mark sheet and Certificate of Two Year D.El.Ed/D.Ed (Special Education).
(vii) Mark sheet and Certificate of Graduation (B.A/B.Sc/B.Com etc.) issued by the University, if applicable.
(viii) Caste Certificate (SC/ST/OBC-A/OBC-B) issued by the competent Government authority, if applicable.
(ix) P.H Certificate, as per Government rules, where applicable.
(x) First engagement letter issued by the competent Government authority in case of a Para-teacher, where applicable.
(xi) Experience certificate of a Para-teacher issued by the DPO/SDO for counting of length of service and age relaxation, where applicable.
(xii) Voter ID/Aadhaar Card.

5. The list of candidates with their respective schedule is appended with this notification.
