Digital Course on Foundational Literacy and Numeracy (FLN) for all Primary School Teachers


Madam/Sir,
       In connection with the subject mentioned above, this is to state that Paschim Banga Samagra Shiksha Mission (PBSSM) in collaboration with UNICEF has developed a Digital Course on Foundational Literacy and Numeracy (FLN) for all Primary School Teachers. The Course is available on Podia Platform. The link to access the FLN Course is- https://wbfln.podia.com.

        PBSSM is going to organize an online Orientation for the DEO, SSM (All District) and District Inspector of Schools-Primary Education (All Districts) on this Digital Course on 30th December 2025, which will be followed by the district-wise online orientation of all Primary School Teachers on the process of login and access to this Course. A Roster for online orientation of Teachers is enclosed for your reference and taking necessary action. Link to join the Online Orientation will be shared with you in due course.

        In this regard, you are requested to inform all Primary School Teachers of your district about the Digital Course on FLN and ensure their participation in the online orientation.
