Memorandum
Disbursement of Salary, Wages, Stipend, Honorarium, Pension, Family Pension
 for the month of October 2026

Finance Department had earlier issued Memo No. 6454-F(Y) dated 27.08.2015 specifying the dates on which the Salaries including Salary under Grant-in Aid, wages, remuneration, stipend, honorarium, pension, etc. are to paid on monthly basis.

Now, the Government of West Bengal has decided to disburse the Salary, wages, stipend, pension along with the enhanced Dearness Allowances/ Dearness Relief as per F.D Memo No. 2834-F(P2) dated 04.08.2026 (wherever applicable) for the month of October 2026 as follows:

(i) Salary including Grant-in-Aid salary, Wages, Remuneration, Stipend, Honorarium for the month of October 2026 will be paid on 15th October 2026.

(ii) Pension/Family Pension for the month of October 2026 will also be disbursed on 15.10.2026.

The DDO and Administrator of Deposit Accounts will submit Bills/Advices at the Treasuries well in advance and Treasuries will give mandates as per the dates mentioned above.

অক্টোবর 2026-এর বেতন ও পেনশন নিয়ে গুরুত্বপূর্ণ সরকারি নির্দেশিকা

পশ্চিমবঙ্গ সরকারের Finance Department থেকে 23 সেপ্টেম্বর 2026 তারিখে জারি করা নতুন মেমোর মাধ্যমে অক্টোবর 2026 মাসের বেতন, মজুরি, স্টাইপেন্ড, অনারিয়াম, পেনশন ও ফ্যামিলি পেনশন প্রদানের তারিখ জানানো হয়েছে।

অক্টোবর 2026-এর বেতন
সরকারি কর্মচারী, Grant-in-Aid-এর আওতাভুক্ত কর্মী এবং প্রযোজ্য ক্ষেত্রে Wages, Remuneration, Stipend ও Honorarium--সবই 15 অক্টোবর 2026 তারিখে প্রদান করা হবে।

পেনশন ও ফ্যামিলি পেনশন
অক্টোবর 2026 মাসের Pension ও Family Pension-ও 15 অক্টোবর 2026 তারিখে দেওয়া হবে।

বর্ধিত Dearness Allowances/ Dearness Relief
যেখানে প্রযোজ্য, Finance Department-এর Memo No. 2834-F(P2), dated 04.08.2026 অনুযায়ী বর্ধিত Dearness Allowance (DA) / Dearness Relief (DR)-সহ অর্থ প্রদান করা হবে।

Finance Department-এর নির্দেশ অনুযায়ী, DDO এবং Deposit Account-এর Administrators-দের নির্ধারিত তারিখের আগেই Treasury-তে Bills/Advices জমা দিতে বলা হয়েছে, যাতে নির্ধারিত সময়ে অর্থ প্রদান করা যায়।

অর্থাৎ, অক্টোবর মাসের বেতন ও পেনশন--দুটিই 15 অক্টোবর 2026 তারিখে দেওয়ার নির্দেশ জারি হয়েছে।
