Notification

In exercise of the power conferred under section 10-C of the West Bengal School Service Commission Act, 1997, read with sun-section 2(j) of section 27 of the West Board of Secondary Education Act, 1963, the following guidelines are hereby issued in respect of transfer of teaching and non-teaching employees of Government sponsored and Government aided schools in the State for administrative reasons.

The undersigned is directed by the order of the competent authority of this Department to transfer Shri Rajesh Mahata, Assistant Teacher in English of Banapur High School, Kharagpur, Paschim Medinipur to Chamta Adarsha High School, Sitai, Dist Coochbehar on administrative ground in the interest of education in terms of this Department Notification No.227-ES/S/1S-4/95 dated 12.03.2018with immediate effect.

In order to mitigate the hardships of the teaching and Non-teaching staff of the schools under WBBSE in the event of their joining in the schools due to appointment during the Summer Vacation vide the Notification No. D.S(Aca)/379/A/25/3 dated 01.06.2023 of the Deputy Secretary (Academic), WBBSE, it is hereby clarified that the allowable period of joining will be 15 (Fifteen) working days from the date of reopening of the Schools
