           এবছর থেকে Voting Procedure এর সঙ্গে জড়িত ব্যক্তিদের জন্য ভারতীয় Election Commission একটি Data based System শুরু করতে চলেছে। পশ্চিমবঙ্গে এই Website এর মাধ্যমে আপনার প্রতিষ্ঠানের সকল Permanent ও Contractual Staff ও যাদের 60-বছরের Service Finance দ্বারা Approve তাদের বিভিন্ন তথ্য আপনাকে এই Website এ Upload করতে হবে।

এর দুটি অংশ PP-1 হল সেই অংশ যেখানে আপনি আপনার প্রতিষ্ঠান সম্পর্কিত তথ্য Upload করবেন।এখানে বিদ্যালয়ের প্রধানের নাম ও প্রতিষ্ঠানের Phone Number ও e-mail ID সাথে আরও কিছু তথ্য দিতে হবে।

দ্বিতীয় অংশটি হল PP-2 এই ক্ষেত্রে আপনাকে আপনার প্রতিষ্ঠানের সকল Staff  দের বিভিন্ন Details upload করতে হবে। এক্ষেত্রে তাঁর Bank Account ও আনান্য Details অবশ্যই দিতে হবে। মনে রাখবেন সকল Staff এর ডিটেলইস দেওয়া বাধ্যতামূলক।

এক্ষেত্রে কয়েকটি বিষয় যে গুলি মাথায় রাখবেন

1. কোন অবস্থায় PP-1 আগে PDF আকারে তৈরি করবেন না, PP-2-তে সকল Staff এর Details entry করার পর PP-1 জেনেরেট করবেন।
2. বিগত বছরের নির্বাচন কমিশনে পাঠানো Data-Sheet বা স্টাফ পার্টান সাথে রাখুন।
3. Para-Teacher দের ক্ষেত্রে এই তথ্য সংশ্লিষ্ট Sub-Inspector of Schools (SIs) তাঁর Login এন্ড থেকে করবেন।
4. Primary Teacher দের ক্ষেত্রে এই কাজ সংশ্লিষ্ট Sub-Inspector of Schools (SIs) তাঁর Login এন্ড থেকে করবেন।

Login এর সমস্ত তথ্য আপনার এলাকার পোলিং পারশোনেল সেল ট্রেনিং এর মাধ্যমে আপনাদের কাছে তুলে দেবে।

Uploading of database of Polling Personnel for General Election to WBLA-2021

Please find herewith the SOP for uploading the PP-1 database as sent by Additional CEO, West Bengal vide no 1702-Home (Elec) dated 09.10.2020 and letter of District Election Officer, Paschim Medinipur for each head of the Office within your jurisdiction. You are requested to circulate the same to all the offices by 12.10.2020.

You are requested to monitor the uploading of PP-1 data by all office with your jurisdiction and so that the work is completed by 14.10.2020.

You are also requested to make sure the PP-1 data of all the Government Offices within your jurisdiction is covered. In case of any office for which you have not received DEOs letter or for any newly established office please inform to the end writing by 13.10.2020.

Please treat this as election urgent.
