পশ্চিমবঙ্গ Higher Secondary Council এর পক্ষ থেকে 2019 সালের Higher Secondary পরীক্ষার্থী সহ সংশ্লিষ্ট সকলের অবগতির জন্য জানানো যাচ্ছে যে -

(ক) Higher Secondary Examination-এর ফলাফল প্রকাশিত হওয়ার পর 15 দিনের মধ্যে নিয়মানুসারে কেবলমাত্র On line -এ PPS (Post Publication Scrutiny) / PPR (Post Publication Review) এর জন্য আবেদন করা যাবে। Higher Secondary Council এর নিজস্ব Website : www.wbchse.nic.in এর সাথে PPS (Post Publication Scrutiny) / PPR (Post Publication Review) সংক্রান্ত Website টির Link থাকবে। 

(খ) PPS (Post Publication Scrutiny) / PPR (Post Publication Review) এর ফর্ম পূরণ করার পর নিধারিত অর্থ On line -এ Bank Challan মারফত জমা না দিলে পূরণ করা Application Form বৌধ বলে গণ্য হবে না। 

(গ) ডাক যোগে PPS (Post Publication Scrutiny) / PPR (Post Publication Review) এর Application গ্রহণ করা হবে না। 

(ঘ ) PPS (Post Publication Scrutiny) / PPR (Post Publication Review) এর Application এবং একই সঙ্গে RTI Act অনুসারে লিখিত উত্তরপত্র দেখা বা দেওয়ার আবেদন না করা বাঞ্ছনীয়।PPS (Post Publication Scrutiny) / PPR (Post Publication Review) এর  রেজাল্ট প্রকাশ হবার পরেই RTI অনুযায়ী দরখাস্ত করার জন্য অনুরোধ করা হচ্ছে। এর দ্বারা PPS (Post Publication Scrutiny) / PPR (Post Publication Review) এর Application অনুযায়ী (উভয় ধরণের ) ব্যবস্থা করার ক্ষেত্রে জটিলতা ও বিলম্ব এড়ানো সম্ভব হবে। 

(ঙ ) PPS (Post Publication Scrutiny) / PPR (Post Publication Review)এর ফলাফল দ্রুত ঘোষণা করার ব্যবস্থা গ্রহণ করা হয়েছে। অতএব PPS (Post Publication Scrutiny) / PPR (Post Publication Review) এর ফলাফল জানার পরও পরীক্ষার্থীর অসন্তষ্টি থাকলে RTI Act অনুসারে লিখিত উত্তরপত্রের জন্য আবেদন করা যাবে। 

(চ ) Higher Secondary Examination-এর ফলাফল প্রকাশিত হওয়ার ছয় (6) মাস পর্যন্ত RTI Act অনুসারে লিখিত উত্তরপত্র চাইবার আইনগত সংস্থান রয়েছে।

 সংসদের পক্ষ থেকে পরীক্ষার্থীদের উল্লেখিত পর্যায়গুলি অনুসরণ করার জন্য অনুরোধ করা হচ্ছে।

Only online application for PPS (Post Publication Scrutiny) / PPR (Post Publication Review) of  Higher Secondary Examination 2019 will be accepted.

Candidate will have to submit Roll No and Mark sheet No for submission of online application for PPS (Post Publication Scrutiny) / PPR (Post Publication Review) 2019

Rules for online PPS (Post Publication Scrutiny) / PPR (Post Publication Review) for answer script of Higher Secondary Examination 2019.

A candidate who has appeared at Higher Secondary Examination 2019 may apply for online PPS (Post Publication Scrutiny) / PPR (Post Publication Review) of his/ her answer script (s) within 15 days from the date of publication of the result subject to the provision as laid  down here in under.

(I) Application fees for PPR (Post Publication Review) is Rs. 100/- (One hundred only) for each subject. Application fee for PPS (Post Publication Scrutiny) is Rs. 60/- (Sixty only) for each subject.

(II) Application for PPS (Post Publication Scrutiny) / PPR (Post Publication Review) shall be restricted to theoretical papers only. Applicant may seek Scrutiny in all subjects.

(III) Grade secured in Environmental education shall not be taken into account in order to determine the eligibility for Review and there shall be no review in Environmental education.

(IV) Application for Review may be made in subject (s) for which PPS (Post Publication Scrutiny) is not sought for.

(V) Application for Review may be made for a maximum of two subjects provided that the (Theory) marks obtained in the subjects (s) for which Review is sought for cannot be less than 20 % for Regular and Continuing candidates.

(VI) A faild candidate may seek Review provided he / she obtains at least Grade C in two compulsory subjects (Language or Elective) for Regular & Continuing candidates.

(VII) A special candidate may seek Review in one subject only, provided theory marks in the subject is 20% or above.

(VIII) A Regular & Continuing pass candidate may seek Review provided that he / she has obtained higher grade in other three subjects than the grade obtained in subject /s for which Review is sought for. For Review in optional elective subjects the candidate must have obtained Grade F in the said optional elective subject.

(IX) A candidate with overall consistency in results reflected in securing same grade ie O or A+ /A or B+ /  B or C/ P in all the subjects including optional elective subject shall not be eligible to seek Review for Regular & Continuing candidates (CC).

(X) The  duly filled in online application for PPS (Post Publication Scrutiny) / PPR (Post Publication Review) along with the fees to be submitted within fifteen days from the date of publication of the result.

(XI) An incomplete or incorrect application for PPS (Post Publication Scrutiny) / PPR (Post Publication Review) shall summarily be rejected by the Council and no inquiry or correspondence shall be entertained in this regard.

(XII) No application for PPS (Post Publication Scrutiny) / PPR (Post Publication Review) shall be entertained beyond this specified period under any circumstances.

(XIII) Results of PPS (Post Publication Scrutiny) / PPR (Post Publication Review) shall be communicated to the institutions concerned by the Council. Institution / Candidate may also know the result from Council's Website.

(XIV) Candidate applying for Review shall have to accept the result of Review / Scrutiny.

PPS and PPR of Higher Secondary Education

Higher Secondary বা উচ্চমাধ্যমিকের কোনো বিষয়ে Review বা Scrutiny করাতে হলে -
  • Application করতে হবে ফলাফল প্রকাশের 15 দিনের মধ্যে।
  • Review Fees : Rs.100/- (প্রতি Subject)
  • Scrutiny Fees :  Rs. 60/- (প্রতি Subject)
  • কেবলমাত্র Theory পেপারের জন্যই প্রযোজ্য।
  • Environmental Education -র ক্ষেত্রে কোনো Review হবে না।
  • Scrutiny করতে চাওয়া হয়নি, সেই Subject-ই Review-র জন্য Application করা যাবে।
  • সর্বাধিক দুটি Subject-র Review করা যাবে এবং তার Marks যেন 20% এর কম না হয়।
  • একজন অকৃতকার্য পরীক্ষার্থীও Review-র Application করতে পারেন, কিন্তু তাকে দুটি Compulsory Subject -এ অন্ততপক্ষে গ্রেড - C পেতে হবে।
  • যদি কোনো পরীক্ষার্থীর Result-এ সব Subject-এ প্রায় একই রকম Grade প্রতিফলিত হয় (যেমন - O or A+/ A or B+/ B or C/ P) সেক্ষেত্রে তিনি Review আবেদনের জন্য যোগ্য নন।
  • আবেদন করা যাবে On-line-এ। অনলাইন Fees payment ও করা যাবে।

Online Application for PPS and PPR 2020

NOTIFICATION
Considering the distressed situation of the people of West Bengal due to COVID 19 and Amphan, the rate of PPS (Post Publication Scrutiny) / PPR (Post Publication Review) are lowered to Rs. 50/- (Fifty only) and Rs. 75/- (Seventy five only) respectively for this academic year. Please note that the online interface for apply PPS (Post Publication Scrutiny) / PPR (Post Publication Review) will be active from 31st July, 2020 at midnight. Regulation for PPS (Post Publication Scrutiny) / PPR (Post Publication Review) will be uploaded soon.

Rules for Online/ Offline PPS and PPR of Answer Script

Higher Secondary Examination 2020
1. A candidate who has appeared at Higher Secondary Examination 2020 may apply for online/offline PPS (Post Publication Scrutiny) / PPR (Post Publication Review) of his/ her answer script (s) within the period from midnight of 31.07.2020 to midnight 31.08.2020, subject to the provision as laid  down here in under.

2. Candidate will have to submit Roll No and Mark-sheet No for submission of online application for PPS (Post Publication Scrutiny) / PPR (Post Publication Review) 2020.

3. A candidate may apply for offline PPS (Post Publication Scrutiny) / PPR (Post Publication Review) through his/ her institution. He / She shall submit his/her prayer for PPS (Post Publication Scrutiny) / PPR (Post Publication Review) as the case may be to the Head of the Institution on plain paper stating clearly (1) Name of the Candidate, (2) Roll No and (3) Name of the Subject (s) for which PPS (Post Publication Scrutiny) / PPR (Post Publication Review) is sought for along with self attested photo copy of Mark-sheet and the prescribed fees. Offline format is available in the website.

4. Application fee for PPS (Post Publication Scrutiny) is Rs. 50/- (Fifty only) for each subject and for PPR (Post Publication Review) is Rs. 75/- (Seventy five only) for each subject. These fee is applicable for this year only.

5. Application for PPS (Post Publication Scrutiny) / PPR (Post Publication Review) shall be restricted to theoretical paper (s) only. Application may seek Scrutiny/ Review in all subjects, in which he / she actually appeared in written examination.

6. Candidate may apply only for PPS (Post Publication Scrutiny) / PPR (Post Publication Review) for any particular subject. A candidate can't apply both for PPS (Post Publication Scrutiny) and PPR (Post Publication Review) in  a particular subject.

7. An incomplete or incorrect application for PPS (Post Publication Scrutiny) / PPR (Post Publication Review) shall summarily be rejected by the Council and no inquiry or correspondence shall be entertained in this regard. No request of refund of application fees shall be entertained once remitted.

8. No application for PPS (Post Publication Scrutiny) / PPR (Post Publication Review) shall be entertained beyond the specified period under any circumstances.

9. Result of  PPS (Post Publication Scrutiny) / PPR (Post Publication Review) shall be communicated to the concerned institution (s) by the council. Candidate / Institution may also know the result from Council's PPS (Post Publication Scrutiny) / PPR (Post Publication Review) website.

10. Candidate applying for Scrutiny/ Review shall have to accept the result of Scrutiny/ Review.

Scrutiny (PPS) and Review (PPR) for H.S Examination 2022

I am directed to notify to all concerned including all examinee of Higher Secondary Examination 2022 that:

➤Online Scrutiny (PPS)/Review (PPR) application will be accepted on and from 20.06.2022 midnight to 05.07.2022 midnight through the website of this Council.

No application for Scrutiny (PPS)/Review (PPR) will be accepted other than online mode. No hard copy in this regard will be accepted.

➤Candidates are advised not to apply for Scrutiny (PPS)/Review (PPR) and RTI simultaneously. This will lead to complications and delay in result publication of Scrutiny (PPS)/Review (PPR). They are advised to apply for RTI only after publication of result of Scrutiny (PPS)/Review (PPR), if they feel so.

➤A candidate may apply for obtaining photo copy of answer script under RTI act within six months from the date of publication of result of Higher Secondary Examination.

➤The Council has taken sufficient measures to ensure quick publication of Scrutiny (PPS)/Review (PPR) result, Unsatisfied candidates may apply for RTI after publication of Scrutiny (PPS)/Review (PPR) result.

Candidates are requested to adhere to all the points mentioned above.

8. Candidate /Institution may view the result from Council’s Review (PPR)/ Scrutiny (PPS) Website. Results of Review (PPR)/ Scrutiny (PPS) shall also be communicated through mail to the concerned institution(s) by the Council. Revised MS & / PC should be collected by the school from the respective
Regional Office.

9. Candidates applying for Review (PPR)/ Scrutiny (PPS) need to accept the results of Review (PPR)/ Scrutiny (PPS) mandatorily.

N.B.: All the conditions mentioned above are specially applicable for this year only.

The undersigned is directed to notify all the concerned that the application for online Post Publication Scrutiny (PPS) and Post Publication Review (PPR) of answer scripts of Higher Secondary Examination 2023 will be accepted from 31.05.2023 midnight to 15.06.2023 midnight through online portal of the Council. Candidates of Higher Secondary Examination 2023 may apply for PPS/PPR of their answer scripts within this time limit. Rules and user manual of PPS/PPR are attached herewith for ready reference.

In this context, the students are advised not to apply for PPS/PPR and certified copy of answer scripts as per RTI Act simultaneously before the publication of result of PPS/PPR as because this will lead to complication and delay in publication of result of PPS/PPR.

Rules for Post Publication Scrutiny (PPS) / Post Publication Review (PPR) of answer script of Higher Secondary Examination 2023

1. A candidate who has appeared the Higher Secondary Examination 2023 may apply for PPS / PPR of his/ her answer script (s) within 15 days from the date of publication of result of Higher Secondary Examination 2023 along with the requisite fee. However, the candidate has to first register himself/ herself in the student portal at any time by visiting the Council Website.

2. Application for PPS / PPR of answer scripts through Online Mode will only be accepted. There will be no other option to submit the PPS/PPR application.

3. Candidate will have to submit Roll No and Mark Sheet No for submission of online application.

4.  Application fee for PPR is Rs. 150/- (One hundred and fifty only) for each subject. Application fee
for PPS is Rs. 100/- (One hundred only) for each subject.

5. Application for PPR/PPS shall be restricted to theoretical papers only. Applicant may seek PPS in all
subjects.

6. Application for PPR may be made in subject(s) for which PPS is not sought for.

7. Application for PPR may be made for a maximum of 02 subjects provided that the (theory) marks obtained in the subjects(s) for which PPR is sought for cannot be less than 20% for Regular and Continuing candidates.

8. A failed candidate (Regular and Continuing) may seek PPR provided he/she obtains at least Grade-C in two compulsory subjects (Language or Elective).

9. A special candidate may seek PPR in one subject only provided theory marks in the subject 20% or above.

10. A Regular and Continuing passed candidate may seek PPR provided that he/she has obtained higher grade in other 03 subjects than the grade obtained in subject/s for which PPR is sought for. For PPR in optional elective subjects, the candidate must have obtained ‘Grade-F’ in the said optional elective subject.

11. A candidate (Regular and Continuing) with overall consistency in result reflecting the same grade i.e. O or A+ or A or B+ or B or C or P in all the subjects including optional elective subject shall not be eligible to seek PPR.

12. An incomplete or incorrect application for PPR/PPS shall summarily be rejected by the Council and no enquiry or correspondence shall be entertained in this regard.

13. No application for PPR/PPS shall be entertained beyond the specified period under any circumstances.

14. Candidate may see the result of PPS/PPR from Council’s website. The revised mark sheet/certificate (if any) has to be collected from the concerned Regional Office of the Council by the school by surrendering the previous one. Accordingly, the school will hand over the revised mark sheet/certificate to the concerned candidate maintaining the records.

15. Candidates applying for PPS/PPR shall have to accept the result of Post Publication Scrutiny / Post Publication Review as the case may be.

16. Any matter which is not described herein to be solely decided by the Council and the decision of the
Council will be the final.
