Modification of Data in students DCF along with image in the e-portal, No student without image will be allowed to get any benefit like Mid-day-Meal, NTB, Exercise book, Uniform, Shoe, Bag, Scholarship etc. from the next session i.e. 1st January 2020, School basic details (School Profile) are also to be updated in respect of all schools under School Education Department.

As per instruction of Commissioner of School Education, West Bengal, through VC on 19.12.2019 the following action should be taken at school level within the following time frame:

1. Modification of data in students DCF along with image upload should be done within 20.12.2019.

2. Certificate is to be made to the effect that the students whose image have not been uploaded till date in the e-portal are either long absentee/ migrated / duplicate /non-existing and so their images are not available at present. It is to be ensured that all existing students must have individual image upload in the e-portal. No student without image will be allowed to get any benefit like Mid-day-Meal, NTB, exercise book, uniform, shoe, bag, Scholarship etc. from the next session i.e. 1st January 2020. Otherwise concerned Headmaster/ Headmistress/ Teacher in Charge will be solely responsible if any eligible student is deprived of. All the data will be freeze after 24.12.2019.

3. Result of the students will be generated through e-portal Promotion / detention module has been developed in this regard. There will be the "Promotion / Detention " sub -menu under '2019 student management' menu from 21.12.2019 where the HOI/Class Teacher will be able to mark the status of the students of each class in respect of their promotion (পাস)/detention. The process should be done within 23.12.2019. A system generated class, section and roll no will be assigned against each student for promotion / detention which may be edited by the concerned class teacher/ HOI subsequently, if required.

4.Student's transfer will be executed through e-portal. At HOI login, there will also be a 'Transfer in /Transfer out' sub-menu under '2019 Student Management menu by which the HOI will be able to release /admit a student.

5. It has been observed that data in respect of Para-teachers have not been uploaded in the e-portal in some schools. Therefore, all concerned are instructed accordingly to do the needful immediately.

6. Book distribution details are to be recorded in SMS portal on 02.01.2020.

For any query in this regard you may contact with the concerned SIs or AIs. 
The matter will be treated as top most urgent.  

Modification School Profile in Banglar Shiksha Portal

This is to inform that due to network connectivity issue, today's VC has been cancelled, However, the following points are raised to do the needful immediately so that the data from Banglar Shiksha Portal (www.banglarshiksha.gov.in) may be used as a validated data.

1. School basic details (School Profile) are to be updated in respect of all schools under School Education Department within 11.12.2019 by the concerned SIs.

2. No of schools, students and teachers are to be (চূড়ান্ত) finalized. No modification will be entertained later.

3. Circle mapping in respect of some schools are still not correct. Therefore, all concerned will have to take necessary measures in this regard within 12.12.2019.

4. Students without photograph will not be allowed to get any benefit like, Mid-day-Meal, NTB, exercise book, uniform, shoe, bag, scholarship from the next session, i.e. 1st January, 2020. Hence, all concerned will have to take necessary measures to finalize students' database by 13.12.2019.

5. Result of this year will be generated through e-portal only.

6. Transfer Certificate will be issued through e-portal. No other mode will be applicable in this regard.

Top most priority (অগ্রাধিকার) is to be ensured in this regard.
