Revised Terminal Benefit for SSK & MSK 2025

New revised Terminal Benefit application Form for SSK and MSK Teachers 
and Academic Supervisors

Sir/Madam
                  With reference to the above, in modification of earlier "Application Form & Format", we are enclosing herewith a new "Terminal Benefit Application Form'' and District Summary Report  Format" for claiming the Terminal Benefit of the Superannuated Sahayaks/ Sahayikas, Samprasaraks/ Samprasarikas and Academic Supervisors of SSKs and MSKs for the period from 1st April 2025 onwards.

         Three copies of filled up "Terminal Benefit Application Form'' with required documents mentioned in the Application Form after being authenticated by the respective Administrative Committee (in case of Academic Supervisors the authentication shall be done by the respective SEO/BNO) shall be submitted by the above personnel to the respective Block one month prior to his/her retirement date positively. After receiving 03-copies of the ''Application Form'' with of documents, the Samity Education Officer/ Block Nodal Officer shall verify the documents within 15 days and with recommendation of the ''Application Form" the Block Development Officer shall send 2-copies of such recommended Forms (Original) to the respective District SSK and MSK Cell. The District SSK and MSK Cell after receiving the said application Form(s) shall check and verify and after being satisfied, the District Nodal Officer shall approve the ''Application Form'' and send one original copy of each such approved "Application Form" with "District Summary Report" (no need to send the documents to the Paschim Banga Rajya Shishu Shiksha Mission (PBRSSM) with the Application Form) to the Paschim Banga Rajya Shishu Shiksha Mission (PBRSSM) with a forwarding letter. Henceforth, all required documents including "Application Form" must be preserved by the District SSK and MSK Cell. The quarterly claim of Terminal Benefit to the above personnel must be sent to the Paschim Banga Rajya Shishu Shiksha Mission (PBRSSM) within 15th of next month of every quarter ending.

           Now the fund for "Terminal Benefits" are being remitted by the Department directly to the beneficiaries Bank Account. The Paschim Banga Rajya Shishu Shiksha Mission (PBRSSM) will not be responsible for any left out candidates of incorrect Bank Account information. So, before sending the claim to the Paschim Banga Rajya Shishu Shiksha Mission (PBRSSM), please check the all beneficiary details carefully . This is for your information and taking necessary action please.
