Distribution of Mid-day-Meal materials i.e. 2kg Rice, 1kg Potato, 1pc Soap, 250gm Pulses (Lentils), 100gm Soyabean (Packet/Pouch) and 250gm Sugar per student during Summer vacation under Cooked Mid-Day-Meal Programme (CMDMP) for the month of June 2021, get the pdf of Muster Roll for distribution of Mid-day-Meal materials.

As per School Education Department, distribution of Model Activity Tasks I and II are to be distributed to guardians for the students (class I to XII) as per Mid-day-Meal schedule for the month of June 2021, download Model Activity Tasks 2021.

Blue IFA supplements will also be provided during distribution of Mid-day-Meal materials.

Sir,

With reference to above, I am directed to inform you that distribution of Mid-day-Meal materials among the guardians of Mid-day-Meal beneficiary students for the month of June 2021 will continue at respective school point.

I am also directed to state that distribution for the month of June 2021 is preferably to commence on and from 07.06.2021 for all districts.

Accordingly, you are requested to chalk out distribution plan and share to the undersigned by 28.05.2021.

You are also requested kindly arrange availability of following materials per students at respective school point well in advance so that distribution may start in time.

Cooked Mid-day-Meal Programme

15th phase of MDM distribution and distribution of Blue IFA tablets

With reference to the subject stated above she/ he is hereby requested to submit the WIFS (Blue IFA) distribution report (Format-3) to the respective CLRCs, every month in time.

During process of distribution of Mid-day-Meal materials (viz Rice 2 kg, Potato 1 kg, Sugar 250 gm, Soyabean 100 gm, Pulses 250 gm and Soap 1 piece), the Blue IFA supplements will also be provided.

The distribution process of  Mid-day-Meal Programme will commence on and from 7th June 2021 to 8th June 2021. Mop up will be on 9th June 2021 and 10th June 2021.

The parents/guardians of the students should be informed by 06.06.2021 for receiving the same and no students shall come to schools on the dates of distribution.

This may be treated as urgent.
