Distribution of model Activity Tasks 2021

Distribution of model Activity Tasks 2021 with Mid-day-Meal, xerox copy or print of Model Activity tasks I and II are to be distributed to guardians /parents for the students. The Model Activity tasks of class I to class XII of Junior Schools/ High Schools / Higher Secondary Schools should be provided as per Mid-day-Meal schedule for the month of June 2021 during this Summer Vacation and Lockedown in the present ongoing severe Pandemic Situation for Covid-19, Download the Model Activity Tasks 2021.

As per direction of School Education Department (SED) this is to inform all the Head of Institutions, (Junior Schools/ High Schools / Higher Secondary Schools) District Murshidabad that Activity Tasks are to be distributed to the guardians during the Mid-day-Meal program of June 2021. The Model Activity Task I and II are already there in the Banglar Shiksha portal. Please get these printed like last year and and it should be distributed as per Mid-day-Meal schedule of this month. This will continue without break until further communication. The expenditure for this purpose will be borne out of Composite Grant of the schools.

Model Activity Task I and II are already there in the Banglar Shiksha Portal. Please get these printed like last year and start distributing as per your Mid-day-Meal schedule of this month. This will continue without break until further communication. The expenditure will be borne out of Composite Grant of the schools.

All SI/S, AI/S and ADI/S are requested to take necessary steps accordingly. This is urgent.

As per instruction of the CSE, WB. It is informed that the Department has decided that Activity Tasks are to be distribution to the guardians during the MDM Program of June, this month. Model Activity Task I and II are already there in the Banglar Shiksha portal.

Please download the Activity Tasks I and II from Banglar Shiksha portal and Print it for each student.

The printed Activity Tasks will be distributed to guardians like last year with MDM materials of this month.

This will continue without break until further communication.
The expenditure will be borne out of composite Grant.

This is urgent.

Modify the Year of model Activity Tasks before Distribution

Attention to HOIs

As directed, this is for information of all Heads of the Institutions that Activity Tasks which are available in Banglar Shiksha Portal may be modified as *2021* instead of 2020 before printing so as to distribute to the guardians during the Mid-day Meal program of June 2021. 

Some new Activity Tasks would also be posted in the Portal shortly which are also to be printed and distributed subsequently.

All SI/S, AI/S and ADI/S are requested to act accordingly.

School Education Department (SED)এর অর্ডার অনুযায়ী এবারের Mid-day-Meal Distribution এর সঙ্গে ছাত্র-ছাত্রীদের অভিভাবককে Model Activity Tasks এর Xerox copy বা Print বিতরণ করতে হবে।এক্ষেত্রে Model Activity Tasks এর Xerox copy বা Print এর দায়িত্ব নিজ নিজ স্কুলকে নিতে হবে।Model Activity Tasks ছাপানোর খরচ Composite Grant থেকে বহন করতে পারবেন এবং প্রয়োজনীয় Utilization Certificate (U.C) তৈরী করবেন। Model Activity Tasks এর Xerox copy বা Print বিতরণ করার আগে Year টিকে সংশোধন করে নিতে হবে।এক্ষেত্রে 2020 এর পরিবর্তে 2021 লিখতে হবে। 

General guidelines for model Activity Tasks

  • প্রথম পর্যায়ক্রমিক Evaluation এর জন্য নির্ধারিত Syllabus-কে ভিত্তি করে Model Activity Task গুলি তৈরি করা হয়েছে।
  • প্রয়োজনে Activity Task গুলি করার আগে প্রথম পর্যায়ক্রমিক মূল্যায়নের জন্য নির্ধারিত অধ্যায়গুলি Textbook থেকে একবার দেখে নেওয়া যেতে পারো তোমরা।
  • বিদ্যালয় খুললে Activity Task গুলি বিদ্যালয়ের শিক্ষক-শিক্ষিকাদের নিকট জমা দিতে হবে।
  •   প্রয়োজনে বিদ্যালয়ের শিক্ষিকা-শিক্ষকদের সহায়তা নিতে পারো।
  •  প্রয়োজনে বিদ্যালয়ের শিক্ষক-শিক্ষিকা Model Activity Task পরিবর্তন করে Phone (Mobile), SMS, E-mail ইত্যাদি মাধ্যমে তোমাদের পাঠাতে পারেন।
  •  ঘরে বসে খাতায় Answer তৈরি করো। কোনো পরিস্থিতিতেই তোমরা/Student-রা বাড়ির বাইরে বেরোবে না।

Activity Task distribution and Evaluation

Sir/Madam,
As per the instruction of the Commissioner of School Education, West Bengal all Head of Institution (HOIs) of Primary School/Junior High School/High School/Higher Secondary Schools/Madrasah/ NIGS/Government Schools under Purulia district are hereby requested to print the new Activity Task 2021 which have been upload to Banglar Shiksha Portal and distribute to the guardians during the Mid-day-Meal distribution for the month of July, 2021.

You will also ensure that guardians must submit worksheet of activity done by the students given during last Mid-day-Meal distribution in June 2021. Teacher should evaluate the Activity Tasks and communicate with students.

The concerned subject teacher should prepare Activity Task for the students if the Activity Task is not available in Banglar Shiksha Portal and submit it to the Headmaster/Headmistress for approval and distribution.

Distribution of new Activity Task 2021

To all the Heads of the Institution (HOIs) of Jr/ High/ HS Schools.

As per instructions of respected Commissioner of School Education this is to inform that new '2021 Activity Task' have been uploaded in Banglar Shiksha Portal. Please print the new Activity Task and distribute to guardians during distribution of Mid-day-Meal commencing on 5th July 2021.You will also ensure that the guardians should deposit work done sheets of Activity Task distributed during last Mid-day-Meal in June 2021. The teachers should evaluate and inform students through phone, guardians.
 
This should be given  top priority.
