The Council is introducing a new website for online Registration, renewal of Recognition, Post Conversion, Excess Admission, Migration Certificate etc. Now, online Registration of the students (Class XI) for the Session 2022-2023 is going to start from 26th August 2022, follow the instructions as per User Manual to complete online Registration in new Registration portal, download the User Manual and go the new website for Registration.

এতদ্বারা সকল উচ্চ মাধ্যমিক বিদ্যলয়ের প্রধান, শিক্ষক-শিক্ষিকা, ছাত্র ছাত্রী ও সংশ্লিষ্ট সকলের অবগতির জন্য জানানো হচ্ছে যে, সংসদের উদ্যেগে রাজ্যের সকল উচ্চ মাধ্যমিক বিদ্যলয়, ছাত্র ছাত্রী ও সংশ্লিষ্ট সকলের সুবিধের কথা বিবেচনা করে এবং সংসদের কাজে গতি আনা, সংসদের কাজ আরও নিখুঁত ও মসৃন করার লক্ষ্যে আগামী 26 আগস্ট থেকে সংসদের New Website এবং Online Portal চালু করা হচ্ছে।

প্রথম পর্যায়ে সম্পূর্ণ Online এ বিদ্যলয় গুলি Registration Form (2022-2023) পূরণ করবে এবং Online এ Payment করবে।

দ্বিতীয় পর্যায়ে Enrolment Form, Academic সংক্রান্ত অর্থাৎ Renewal of Recognition, বিষয় প্রবর্তন, Post Conversion, Excess Admission সহ অন্যান্য আবেদন পত্র গুলিও online-এ করা যাবে।

এর ফলে দূর দূরান্ত থেকে স্কুল গুলির প্রতিনিধিদের সংসদের কার্যালয়ে এইসব কাজে আসার প্রয়োজন থাকবে না এবং সময় ও পরিশ্রম বাঁচবে।

ব্যবহারকারীদের সুবিধের জন্য নতুন Website (www.wbchse.wb.gov.in) এর সঙ্গে বর্তমান চালু ও পরিচিত Website টিও (www.wbchse.nic.in) কিছুদিনের জন্য একই সঙ্গে চালু থাকবে।

Online এ Registration করার ক্ষেত্রে ছাত্র ছাত্রীর Aadhar Card, Blood Group, Photo, Cast Certificate, Signature, Disability Certificate, Migration Certificate ইত্যাদি তথ্যের প্রয়োজন হবে। এই ব্যবস্থা সকলের সুবিধের জন্য হলেও প্রথম দিকে কিছু অসুবিধা বা সমস্যা দেখা দিতে পারে -কিন্তু আমরা দ্রুত সমাধান করে দেব। কী ভাবে Online-এ আবেদন করতে হবে এবং Fees জমা দিতে হবে এ বিষয়ে একটি Guideline ও Website-এ দেওয়া থাকছে। কোন সমস্যা হলে accountsofficer@wbchse.org.in এই Mail ID তে ব্যবহারকারীরা তাদের সমস্যা জানাতে পারেন।

Notification for Registration Portal

I am directed to notify all the Higher Secondary Institutions that the Council is going to start Online Registration of the students of Class XI (2022-2023 Session) from 26th August 2022. Schools will be given secured login credential to school mail ID to visit the site for filling up the registration form through Mobile/Website. In this context, it is also notified to all concerns that council is uploading its new website in the domain www.wbchse.wb.gov.in through which one can also accesses online registration. For accessing online registration portal through new council website, schools are advised to visit Institution Tab. Detailed instructions in this regard will be available in both the council websites. A link will be provided for a certain time in the current website www.wbchse.nic.in which would enable the user to visit the new website wbchse.wb.gov.in. Subsequently all the updates (Notification/Circular, etc.) will be uploaded only on the new council website.

All the Institutions are directed to follow the instructions and fill up the Registration form first and get an auto generated challan for payment of the requisite fees through any of the given mode as prescribed in the instruction. The last date of submission of form without late fine is 28th September 2022. However, the Registration portal will be further operational from 12th October 2022 to 20th October 2022 with late fine (at the rate Rs.100/- per student for Registration and Rs.100/- for Enrolment). Any query during filling up of registration form may be sent to accountsofficer@wbchse.org.in for further processing.

Notification for Schedule for Online Registration

In order to improve the performance of the Registration Web application on the new web portal of West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education, online registration will not be operative from 6:00 am to 12:00 noon on 22.09.2022.

Further more the following schedule should be maintained by all schools affiliated to West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education (WBCHSE).

1. All schools under North Bengal Regional Office, Burdwan Regional Office and Midnapore Regional Office may access registration portal during 12: 00 midnight to 3:00 pm on all the remaining days from tomorrow.

2. All schools under Kolkata Regional Office may access registration portal during 3:00 pm to 12:00 midnight on all the remaining days from tomorrow.

All the schools are requested to follow this schedule strictly for better performance of the data server supporting the registration portal for the time being.

নির্দেশানুযায়ী সকল উচ্চ-মাধ্যমিক বিদ্যায়তনের প্রধান, শিক্ষক-শিক্ষিকা এবং 2023 সালের একাদশ শ্রেণী ও উচ্চ-মাধ্যমিক পরীক্ষার্থীসহ সংশ্লিষ্ট সকলের অবগতির জন্য জানানো যাচ্ছে যে, উচ্চ-মাধ্যমিক বিদ্যালয় গুলির প্রধানদের অনুরোধ, পরামর্শ ও মতামতের ভিত্তিতে-

1. Online Registration এর শেষ তারিখ (Without Late Fine) 28.09.2022 থেকে বৃদ্ধি করে 17.10.2022 পর্যন্ত করা হল। একই সঙ্গে Late Fine সহ Online Registration এর শেষ তারিখ 18.10.2022 থেকে 28.10.2022 পর্যন্ত করা হল।
 
2. Camp এর তারিখ 10.11.2022 এর পরিবর্তে 23.11.2022 করা হল।

3. Registration Check List সংসদের সংশ্লিষ্ট আঞ্চলিক কার্যালয়ে জমা দেওয়ার শেষ তারিখ 30.11.2022 এর পরিবর্তে 09.12.2022 করা হল।

4. 2023 সালের উচ্চ-মাধ্যমিক পরীক্ষার Question Pattern 2019 সালের Question Pattern এর মতো হবে। কিন্তু পূর্ব বিজ্ঞপ্তি নম্বর L/SECY/70/2022 date 07.09.2022 অনুযায়ী Part-A এবং Part-B প্রশ্নপত্র আলাদা থাকবে না। শুধুমাত্র একটি প্রশ্নপত্র থাকবে এবং একটি উত্তরপত্র থাকবে।
