It may kindly be noted that a number of petition have been received by this office from newly recruited /earlier recruited 40 (Forty) candidates in UP (07), PG (13), GRAD (15), Clerk (02), Group-D DH (01), Group-D (02) category who missed date of medical examination, the list of which is attested in soft copy herein for according them adequate opportunity of appearing/reappearing in medical fitness examination.

As per approval of the Deputy Secretary (Admin) West Bengal the candidates empanelled (as per the list attached) by the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education, Sector-II, DJ-8, Karunamoyee, Kolkata 700 091 are hereby directed to appear before the Zonal Medical Board, R G Kar Medical College and Hospital, 1, Kashudiram Bose Sarani, Kolkata 700 004 on the dates and time as mentioned in the list. 1. Eye Specialist এর দেওয়া চোখের বর্তমান অবস্থার একটি Certificate। যদি কোনও ত্রুটি হয় তবে লেন্স / গ্লাসের পাওয়ার উল্লেখ করা উচিত। এমনকি সামান্য ত্রুটিযুক্ত একজন প্রার্থীকে অবশ্যই Medical Board এর সামনে এটি দেখানোর জন্য সংশোধন গ্লাস / লেন্স পরতে হবে।
2. যে কোনও উপযুক্ত Pathologist এর থেকে প্রস্রাবের একটি Pathological Report (R/E), যেখানে Specific gravity, Albumin, Sugar, Cast এবং Cell of Urine স্পষ্টভাবে উল্লেখ করা উচিত।
3. একজন সক্ষম রেডিওলজিস্টের প্লেট সহ বুকের এক্স-রে রিপোর্ট।
4. সাম্প্রতিক দুটি রঙের পাসপোর্ট সাইজের ছবি।
5. নিজের Joining Letter এর একটি স্ব-স্বীকৃত ফটো কপি।

1. A certificate from a compete Eye Specialist showing the current condition of eyes. If there is any error then power of lens/glass should be mentioned. A candidate even with slightest error must wear correction glass/lens to show it before the Medical Board.
2. A pathology report of Urine (R/E) from any competent pathologist, where the specific gravity, albumin, sugar, cast and cell of urine should be categorically mentioned.
3. X-ray Report of Chest with plate from a competent Radiologist.
4. Two recent passport size photographs.
5. One address proof with photo ID with one self attested photocopy of that ID.
6. Photocopy of the joining letter
7. Original PH certificate along with one self attested photo copy of the certificate if the candidate is physically challenged.

This office has issued a total 3190 Assistant Teacher (Class IX-X) 1735 (Earlier List) and 393 (New List) and Assistant Teacher (Class XI-XII) 978 (Earlier List) and 84 (New List) no of appointment letters to the post of Assistant Teacher IX-X and Assistant Teacher XI-XII respectively against the recommendation of West Bengal Central School Service Commission. Tow list of candidates were attached in, soft copy, Zone wise, as requested as Deputy Director of Health Service (MERT) vide this offices earlier Memo No. Admin/513 dated 30.08.2019. However, except NRS Medical College and Kolkata Medical College, the response from all other Zones is highly dis-satisfactory and till now no Fitness Certificate has yet been received from any Zone directly by this office except the said Medical college i.e Zone D and Zone E. This office is acting upon candidates copy. Hence all cases till date are again being sent to your end for kind necessary action.
You are requested to kindly arrange for Medical Fitness Examination of all candidates who have already joined their assigned schools and also issue fresh date for absentees.
Medical Fitness Certificate Reports may kindly be sent in lots either by special messenger or via speed post to the Assistant Secretary, Appointment Cell, Nivedita Bhaban, Block DJ-8, Sector-II, Karunamoyee, Salt Lake, Kolkata 700 091.
You are hence requested to kindly make adequate publicity well ahead of time (at least 15 days) and mail us a copy of the notice at wbbse05@yahoo.co.in and to respective DI (mail ID attached in soft copy herein) for wider circulation.
