This is to notify that in order to be eligible for opting for an elective subject, as specified in the column (2) of the table below, a student must obtain minimum percentage of marks in the subject, as noted in the column (3) of the table:

Attention: All Heads of Higher Secondary Institution

This is regarding submission of applications for permission for excess admission for the academic year 2024-2025 to the Council.

1. Applications for the purpose should be submitted through online portal only latest by 30th of June 2024 and no new applications received after the said date will be considered.

2. District Inspector of Schools Recommendation is mandatory for all the applications.

3. In case the school is asking for permission of 400 or more seats in Class XI i.e. 125 or more extra seats over the permissible limit of 275, the school should contact concerned Regional Office for a physical inspection of the school. The inspection report should be submitted along with the online application.

Subject: Permission for Excess Admission

In partial modification to our earlier notification published vide Memo No. L/PR/191/24 dated 02.05.2024, the following changes have been made.
