Online payment of all kind Fees for Higher Secondary Council

I am directed to notify that Online payment system have been introduced at the Higher Secondary Council for the benefit of the schools in this COVID situation. However existing "Offline System" will also continue to act in parallel. All institutions are requested to adopt the following steps for online payment of Registration fees/Annual examination fees (Class XI)/Enrolment fees (Class XII) etc.

Procedure for Online payment method


Step:1
Please go to the website of the Council i.e www.wbchse.nic.in (Click here)
Then Online payment

Step:2
Then click on Online payment and put your six digit School code (Example: 123456)

Step:3
The click on "Search". Following boxes will appear.

Step:4
Put the number of students/information in the respective boxes and click on "Submit" button. Then the following screen will appear.

Step:5
After confirming required fields, press "Pay Now" button. Then the following screen will appear.

Step:6
You may pay the requisite fees in any mode of Online payment such as Debit /Credit or Internet Banking or BHIM UPI of NEFT or SBI Branch Payment. If you are not comfortable in online mode the go for "SBI Branch Payment" option. In this mode you can deposite the money at any SBI branch all over India. For "SBI Branch payment" put your Mobile number, School name and email ID and click "Pay Now" button.

 Step:7
A challan will be generated and you have to take a printout of the challan and proceed to your nearest SBI Branch to make the payment physically.
